This is a gorgeous rug. The color is lighter than it looks in the photos. Installation was easy and done in under 10 minutes. I'm already looking at getting a runner for our entryway. This was the first time I've purchased a Ruggable and it won't be the last!!

The rug is perfect for our bathroom floor and so pretty. It stays in place and was a breeze putting the pad and rug together. BUT make sure you read the vacuuming directions before you vacuum the rug. If you use the wrong vacuum setting or brush it will pull out the binding on the edge. One of my rugs is pretty damaged and another is showing the beginnings on the stitch coming out. Otherwise, I do love these rugs!

I was very disappointed when I received my high pile rug, paying extra money for it, and it is very dull in colour and does not accurately represent what is seen on the website. I have both flat runners in this design and colour, and they are both much bolder in shade/colour in comparison to the high pile. After a closer look, only the top of the rug has been dyed and the pile itself is white underneath, I am very disappointed in this. The quality control for the rug was poor, I have a few loops on the perimeter of the rug that aren't looped to the back. I would return the rug, except the company is telling me I must pay to return it myself. No one from the company has tried to help and compensate me for the disappointing purchase- had I have known the high pile rug was only dyed on the very top of the rug pile, I would not have paid extra, and would have just purchased a flat classic.

This was our first purchase - we needed a larger rug for our entryway because we don’t have a mud room, but we’ve got mud and plenty of wet sloppy shoes. Even without actually washing it yet - it cleans up easily. Looks exactly like the picture, lays nicely, and went down in a snap.

With 3 kids, 4 dogs and 2 cats, being able to wash has made it possible for me to let go and not worry so much about the rugs. Super easy to clean, super easy to put back and did I mention how beautiful they are? This one I got in the biggest size and put under my bed. It is beautiful, and as the Dude would say, really ties the room together. This one was more challenging to put together due to the size, but I managed to make it happen alone!

We were looking for a pretty plain tan/beige colored washable rug for our living room. We didn’t care for the crosshatch and everything else seemed to have a lot of patterns. We needed a 9x12 so sometimes the patterns get too large for our taste. While this rug does have more pattern than we desired, it’s a very soft subtle pattern so it worked out for us. I love that it’s washable. Would love to see a plain tan/beige rug that was just like the background of this one without all the patterns on top of it in the future.

I bought one rug for the kitchen several months ago and it is such easy care and washes so well that I ordered another about 2 months ago. I am very satisfied with both, wish I had known about these before and would not have wasted time and money with other rugs. So many to choose from--already looking for another for more variety in the kitchen!

I love my Ruggable! Just be careful when you wash it since waters runs off of it onto the floor when you pull it out of the washer. Unfortunately, I had broken a container of laundry soap on the floor of the laundromat while the washer was spinning and I only had paper towels to clean it up. When I pulled the rug out of the washer it was very wet due to the rubber backing, so water cascaded onto the floor which had laundry soap residue. As you can imagine, it created quite a bubbly mess! As I slip-slided my way to the dryers I created quite a scene and provided entertainment for the rest of the patrons and it took a lot more paper towels to clean up the mess, but the laundromat floor was quite clean when I left. So, if you go to a laundromat to wash your 10x12 rug, bring pods, not soap in a glass jar, towels and a mop, unless you plan to entertain the rest of the patrons and clean the floor. :nerd:

I’ve had the 8’ round rug and a runner for over a year. While I have enjoyed the fact that they are washable, there are some concerns. Firstly they fade. Thankfully the color restores somewhat upon washing. More aggravating is the fact that my runner with the thick padding moves around. There’s no good way to secure it to the floor. And the real kicker is that my round rug will not lay flat around the edges—it’s frilly in spots and curls up in others, even though all care recommendations have been followed. It’s a pricey rug that unfortunately looks very cheap, and certainly hasn’t lived up to my expectations.

We just installed this rug about a month ago so I can't speak about durability just yet but it's so pretty. I do find it somewhat difficult to vacuum with my vacuum (it sucks it up too hard) so I may have to find a more gentle method for regular maintenance cleaning. Installation took a little patience but wasn't too difficult.
