Super cool folding rocker that you can take anywhere

Came in a nice canvas carry bag like most folding chairs of this type. Super easy to assemble requiring no tools. Literally took 30 seconds from bag to assembly. Material appears thick and sturdy. Little side bag is perfect for drinks or snacks. Best part is the rocking part. Makes it very comfortable.

Portable comfort seating with rocking ability!! Best of both worlds for leisure seating!

This is so lightweight and comfortable! I can see how easy this will be to carry to cookouts, sports games and camping. It comes with a bag that has a strap to easily fold up and throw over your shoulder! The fabric looks and feels like it is very durable and easy to clean. I LOVE that it has a cup holder. Just wish I had more than one. Might need to make an extra trip to Sam’s Club! 😁

Great rocking chair to take on vacation or camping

First off, this rocking chair is a really pretty blue color. I love the color. It’s definitely sturdier than I expected for a chair that collapses into a bag - it’s a heavy duty chair that holds up to 300 lbs. It’s also a bit wider than a normal bag chair - which makes it nice and roomy. And it rocks, which is great if you are taking a baby on vacation (or you just like to rock). I purchased a portable rocking chair when my son was a baby to take along on vacation - but it was large and didn’t collapse into a bag so this would have saved a lot of space in the car. This is a good purchase - I recommend it.

Smooth, rocking and sturdy

I absolutely love this rocking chair! It is lightweight easy to carry and folds easily. The chair is very comfortable with great support for sitting outside. The size is perfect, not too bulky or heavy . If you're looking for it, comfortable convenient, port rocking chair that you could take anywhere I highly recommend this chair.

Rock and relax

Great chair. Was a little tricky to expand for first time but once I got it figured out it opened easily. As for comfort it feels nice. My only complaint is headrest is not high enough for me. I’m about 6 foot and couldn’t rest my head. I also wished it rocked forward a little bit more. Materials seem durable and is easy to carry. Overall a good product.

Innovating folding chair but still needs some improvement

This folding chair is definitely an improvement on your standard folding chair for sidelines and picnics….the rocking feature is a nice change of pace. Fairly easy to open and get ready to sit in…sturdy construction for a fold up chair. I did knock one star off though because it is absolutely huge when folded for storing….the rocker part takes up a lot of extra space. I’m 5’4” and the storage bag comes up to my neck. Also for it seeming so big it’s still a fairly small chair…says it fits up to 300lbs, and I’m only 150lbs and I’d say it’s alright, but not spacious. Nice concept but could use a few upgrades, like a second cup holder or storage pocket on the other armrest, and a foldable stool for your legs. Other than that it’s a very nice folding chair and “fancy” by comparison to your standard versions.

Solid Construction - River King Rocking Chair

I recently tried this folding rocking chair in the army green & white color scheme, and overall I had mixed but mostly positive feelings about it. One of the things I noticed was the sturdy construction. The powder-coated steel frame fills very durable, and the aluminum armrest adds a nice touch while helping keep the chair, solid and stable. It’s rated to support up to 300 pds, and it definitely feels like it can handle that capacity without issue. Set up is incredibly easy since no tools are required. Opening the chair only takes a minute, and the padded headrest easily locks into place. I also appreciated that it comes with a nylon storage bag with a carrying handle, making transportation and storage convenient. The oversized cup holders were one of my favorite features. These easily accommodate larger water bottles, and tumblers that don’t normally fit in standard cup holders. As for comfort, I had a different experience than my 6’3” son. He loved the chair and found it very comfortable, especially with the padded headdress. For me, it wasn’t quite as comfortable as I expected, although it was still pleasant to sit in for extended periods. The rocking feature is nice, but it didn’t feel completely smooth to me. It seemed like the rocking motion would stop a little short, almost as if the rocking action didn’t fully complete its natural range of motion. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it was noticeable. One thing potential buyer should know is that this chair is bulkier than a typical folding chair. Because of the rocking design, it’s wider and takes up more space when carrying & storing it. That’s somewhat unavoidable if you want a folding chair that rocks, but it’s worth considering if portability is your top priority. I also found that opening the chair was fairly simple, but folding it back up took more effort. You really need a good reach to pull together everything properly, and those with shorter arms may find the process a little awkward. Overall, this is a well-built folding rocking chair with durable materials, a supportive design, oversize cupholder, and easy tool-free set up. While the rocking motion wasn’t quite as smooth as I had hoped, and the folded size is bulkier than a standard chair, it’s still a solid option — especially for taller individuals looking for a comfortable camping, sporting event, or backyard chair.

Sturdy but a little bulky

The chair seems to be reasonably well constructed. It feels sturdy and comfortable when sitting in it. Unfolding is a bit tricky until you get the hang of it. Might not be the best for camping as it is a bit bulky. Fabric is similar to other outdoor folding chairs.

Great, BUTT doesn't have great support... 😉

It was easy to assemble and has a cool way of expanding (you pull the armrests away from each other). Looks good and feels sturdy enough. However, my biggest gripe about this chair is that there's something wrong with the lower back support that makes it feel too tight. Like it doesn't conform to your body and so it feels really stiff and not ergonomic. Because comfort while sitting in this chair is one of the key ingredients, that takes away 2 stars. 😢

Smooth rocking but not easy to open up, close and carry.

This rocker looks nice sitting on my porch. I like the colors because they're not too bold and bright. It rocks smoothly and quietly. Only one pocket but it holds a large tumbler, a magazine and my phone. It has a drain hole in the bottom. I like the high head rest but the center of it doesn't have any support so the center is loose and it lets my head fall back, very uncomfortable. It needs some lumbar support for the back. The storage bag seems heavy duty and the whole chair fits inside. However, I find it very difficult to open and close. It's hard to get it inside the bag and it's heavy and awkward to carry. The arm rests are smooth, hard plastic, no padding. The material feels thin and I would question how long it will last before it rips.
