Saw this at the store and decided to try it. I've been sick with a cold lately and definitley needed to rehydrate. This really does the job and i like it more than plain water. I'm not usually a fan of kiwi strawberry flavors, but this one wasnt aweful. It does have a sort of 'salty' taste too it, but not like you added too much table salt or anything. overall, it's a weird taste, but not bad per say. I'll probably only drink it occasionally if needed.

I was recently diagnosed with congestive heart failure my doctors put me on LASIK but they forgot to prescribe the required potassium etc that my body would release on the LASIK. yeah doctors are not perfect by any means. With finding of Gatorlyte I was able to stabilize my potassium long enough to get to the doctor and get potassium pills so again thank you very much for saving this poor woman's life

The drink tastes like salt water. It's not good.
