It tastes decent, I bought this when there weren't other Gatorade flavors at the gas station I stopped at. It quenches your thirst and helps u feel better

Sometimes i just feel so dehydrated, even though i drink a lot of water. I drink these Gatorlytes and i can actually feel a little better than water alone. I wish they came in more flavors. I highly recommend.

Taste a little bland than the traditional drink but still good. Helps me burn off the sweat while practicing football. Worth the money. Will buy again.

Honestly it tastes like adult Pedialyte but I do feel better after drinking it, so there's that lol. But I was really dehydrated and needed something to quickly reboot my body.

Im a terrible water drinker, so when I'm sick it's awful. During my time with covid this week I drink it 2x/day and I can feel the difference. No cramping and I can really feel the difference. Will continue to buy whenever I feel I need it.
