I'm using the gatorlyte a lot bc of staying dehydrated and sick and so far it seems to stay down and helps with hydration. i like the cool blue, it's my favorite.

This is the best drink for taste and hydration!! It works and it taste great. I love that it is low calorie but has good flavor. It's def worth it for a good hydrating drink!

Actually one my favorite flavors that they have. This bottle design it's somehow so convenient to hold. When my drink is frozen it doesn't freeze my hand so much

I tried this drink while I was sick and it did taste like Gatorade but combined with pedialyte. It did help in my opinion with keeping me hydrated but I wish it did taste just like Gatorade but still a great buy and I would do it again.

Not their best flavor. I think it's supposed to be similar to Pedialyte but it's much thicker than Pedialyte. Contains a good amount of sugar, more than I would like. Small bottle that's a little high in calories

Perfect for hot climates and sweaty workouts! I drank this on day trips in Mexico and it kept me hydrated. I've previously had heat exhaustion on holidays there and didn't want a repeat and this did the trick!

This is a great product in relieving muscle cramps due to heat dehydration. Only a quarter of the bottle added to my bottled water is enough to feel great all day. No crampy fingers either.
