New dishwasher and tried your dishwasher Pacs and just thought they were the BEST. Dishes were clean with no residue or order. Already purchased another container!

Awful. Didn’t dissolve. Didn’t clean. Had to rerun. Tried several runs. Same result every time. Bosch dishwasher. Cascade packs worked just fine.

The price is not bad, but it’s not worth it. After washing the dishes, the soap does not dissolve fully, I have to rinse most of the dishes after washing, cause it did not dissolve and stuck on the inside of the cups and the plates. I thought maybe it needs longer time to dissolve, so I start dissolving the pod and warm cup of water before pouring it into the dishwasher and still do the same

We're going to finish this purchase but not happily. We have to complete an extra rinse to get the excess powder off because a regular cycle leaves grit, and at times, food. The powder to gel ratio looks to be about 90% powder to 10% gel. We wanted to save money somewhere, but this will not be the product we get accomplish that with.

Works great and recommended by Consumer Reports as top 10 product for dishwashers. I agree.
