GREAT PRODUCT, AMAZING RESULTS. I usually only use finsh. I tried members mark and the results have me sold. My dishes and glasses are clean and spot free. We have the worst hard water and no spots

TERRIBLE PACKAGING!

DO NOT BUY THESE! Everytime I pick one up to place in the dishwasher they split and drop out all over the cabinets and floor. They are a danger to our pets and children and require an immediate cleanup. They are kept in a cool dry place and we have not had this problem with any other dishwasher tablet. I WILL NEVER BUY THESE AGAIN.

Don't buy

I thought something was wrong with my new dishwasher. I asked a neighbor how they like the cascade platinum. She let me try a few and I couldnt believe the difference. The members mark brand left residue on everything! Spend the money on the good stuff.

Will not fit detergent dispenser

I have this product and glad that I only have one pod left. These pods are too thick so that I cannot latch the dispenser cover. I have to literally hammer them to get them to flatten out in order to use them. I really don't know if you Platinum pods are the same or not so not sure what I should buy from the store.

Seems Like Formula Has Recently Changed

The formula must have changed. These used to be the best to get dishes clean, as good or better than the name brand. This last package has left several of my loads with grease residue, coffee mugs unclean, streaks etc. I will not be purchasing again.

Used to be good

These used to be great - our favorite kind. Now they’re leaving a weird residue on our dishes. Oily almost. It’s the purple stuff. We almost threw away some of our dishes because we thought they were the problem at first. I’m pretty upset about it. These were our go to pods… now trying to see if I can cut the purple off…

Bad batch of purple pods, won't buy again

First of all, the original packs that were blue worked amazing, went to buy them again and now they've switched over to the improved Platinum purple pods with the same price point. At first I was excited to an improved formula for the same price, but I can no longer say this is a good product... blue pods were excellent, first batch of the purple Platinum pods were great, but last month I bought my 2nd container of purple pods and it has been a nightmare... having terrible issues with cleaning. I thought it was my dishwasher so I ran washer specific cleaner thru it several times... then thought it was my pans, actually had one warranty replaced thinking something was wrong with it. It all started by making a total mess of not 1 but 2 newer style 8qt instant pot pans, it left a cloudy residue on the inside of the pan and scorch marks behind after being in the dishwasher with heated drying, plus rainbowing... had to use barkeepers to clean them back up... then my expensive Calphalon Premier anodized pans weren't even coming clean after using them for just pasta water, and if I used them to reheat foods with red sauce they were staining, and they were doing the same with rainbowing, can't use barkeepers on anodized pans but thankfully hand washing resolved the issue on those. However, even after correcting with handwashing and putting the anodized back thru the dishwasher, it would happen again, so I'll have to handwash those for now... I also noticed my Tupperware is staining terrible this month... now I question how clean the rest of my dishes have actually been getting. I'm gonna have to go back to the name brand and pay the money for it I suppose. If I come across the blue pods again, I will buy them because those were really great. I also have a newer LG dishwasher with Quadwash, so it's not machine causing the issue. Very bummed, this is priced well, and I had finally just converted from the name brand to only buying these when this happened, so no backup of the name brand to use until I get back to the store. Sams made it right with me though and issued a refund, so the customer service was great about it.
