Wow, this thing is powerful. I love the two pronged blade -- was powerful yet easy to clean. There is a great design on the bottom of the jar too which kept food from being trapped under the blades. Really well thought out design -- it looks really nice and sleek on my counter too.

This blender is simple, beautiful in appearance and very strong. When making vegetable soup, it grinds very finely in an instant and works well even with very little water. I am very pleased with this.

Love this blender- it's got a nice capacity, over twice what my previous one held. It's not TOO loud, though it's not quiet. I use it mainly for smoothies, the smoothie function works well.

I have only used this product 3 times, but I have been pleased with the different speed options, blending capability and it is less noisy compared to other blenders I have used in the past. I am hoping this product will last many years.

Really like the preprogrammed settings for a variety of blended items. Slightly concerned the plastic probe on the lid that triggers the blender to work could break easily.

The blender itself is excellent. It's very powerful and makes incredible smoothies....BUT..... The jar and lid design are below par. Mold grows in the lid lock at the top of the handle and it can't be cleaned. AND the locking tab on the lid broke
