It was very well illustrated using the Lego Builder. Very strong. I wish we could buy more of a variety of Minifigures and extra balls so that if I give one of mine to a child I can replenish my vending machine.

I love it. No problems building and it works great. I actually can't believe how well it looks and performs. Would like to order more plastic balls for it.

I have seen many, many post everywhere about there being a mistake on page 92 and 93. After dismantling the whole thing twice I finally discovered the problem. There is no error in the book, the error is human, if you turn the knob without a coin in the slot the blue piece that you see on page 92 flips out into the unoccupied space and blocks the knob, and yes you get to dismantle it to put it back in position. If you keep a coin in the slot all the time it will prevent this from happening. It seems to be a compulsion, was showing a neighbor and the first thing she did was turn the knob. I just saw a post today telling everyone to leave off the black rubber piece, good luck with that.

This was so fun to build. A little tricky at parts with making sure the mechanism works before moving forward, and had to tweak one spot - but so worth it. It will take center stage on my shelf for awhile. Love the minifigs included but may swap them out for gumballs or another wrapped candy at Christmas or Halloween.

This was a such a fun and clever build. The engineering behind it amazed me at each step. It was so fun to figure out how it all worked together and the feeling when you put the coin in and it turned for the first time was priceless. There are so many fun and unique minifigs included. My kids have all loved taking turns playing with it.

This is a very cute and fun Lego set but I feel like it could use a few more mini figure capsules. Can't buy them in the store or online which sucks especially for the price. But overall it's pretty cool

This set is super fun! My favourite part is how customizable it is—I swapped the minifigures for my favourite candies, which makes it even more fun to use and display. I love it!

The minifigure vending machine blew away my expectations. What a fun build! There is 11 bags total, I didn’t time myself but you can do this fairly quickly. Within half a day. I went a little slow during the main mechanism because I really didn’t want to have to go back and re make anything. I think this set is a good mix of mechanical & easy going building. It’s not very challenging for a parent of any skill level. It was a little intricate for my 10 year old. It functions better than I thought it would. The coin doesn’t get stuck often but sometimes the minifigures sit a little tight against each other and then you can’t turn the handle. It’s very easy to clear these types of jams. My kids had fun with this and I believe this vending machine really is a memory dispenser, even for the younger generation. Highly reccomend this as a display set for your family household. It’s the perfect size too for not taking up too much space. The only thing that almost made me remove one star is the included minifigures. I was surprised to learn they were fan voted. The classic spaceman for example has been in retail rotation for over the last decade ever since Benny the spaceman in the Lego Movie was introduced. Everyone has a lot of variations of this minifigure. And then each minifigure in this vending machine set has a paired friend. So you get another identical spaceman. I did expect more fun and unique minifigures but that’s personal preference. We are going to replace some of the ones in the machine with the minifigures we’ve made at the lego store that represent each family member. Overall though this set is a must buy. Especially at the retail price, it’s worth it. Don’t wait for the secondary market increased price.

This was in my opinion the best set of 2025. The functions and mechanics of the set are fun to build and satisfying to use once built. It looks great and comes with tons of minifigs. My only complaint is I wish it came with another 2 to 4 minifigs. Otherwise, hats off to the designer and LEGO.

I'm not a grandma yet, but when I saw this set I knew I needed it in case I ever get to be one. Having this made me excited for the day a little child will come into my home for a visit, run into my awaiting arms, and beg to turn that little knob for a fun surprise. One request from Lego, with much begging and pleasing, please oh please can I buy more pieces to make extra capsules? About the build: the inner working mechanics were the challenge. I feared if i missed one step or piece I'd have to start all over again, so i took my time and studied the steps. Before I moved past those critical steps and onto the simple outer parts I tested the machine. You should have seen my utter delight at it working properly! I clapped and giggled. My husband thought me adorable.
