We haven’t bought microwaveable popcorn bags in quite awhile and this made us realize how much we missed it! The popcorn tasted great and was the perfect amount of butter. I’d suggest cooking it a little less than time that it recommends to avoid any burnt popcorn at the bottom! Saltiness comparable to movie theater popcorn

I was given this popcorn box to try and give my honest opinion on it. Pop Secret Movie Theatre Butter popcorn honestly lives up to its hype. The buttery flavor is rich without being overwhelming, and popcorn pops up light and fluffy with very few unpopped kernels. It tastes surprisingly close to the theater-style popcorn right at home. It's great for family movie night or just to snack on.

This is our favorite microwave popcorn, hands down. It always pops the vast majority of the kernels and the flavor is perfect. I've had other popcorn brands where there is an excessive amount of butter, but this has all the delicious flavor with none of the grease. Never change this recipe!

Easy and reliable microwave prep, it took only 45s in my microwave without burning. Mostly light and fluffy. Strong butter flavor without needing to add extra. If you want a classic buttery microwave popcorn, nostalgic movie theater flavor rather than natural/ gourmet so its gonna fit you because its a bit salty and artificial butter heavy, slightly oily can coating on your fingers. Its a good idea for movie night sometimes. if you want a low sodium and healthy snack, its not gonna be for you.

This popcorn has very large kernels. It smells great while cooking. I was a little underwhelmed with the butter flavor and also thought it was a little too salty. Compared to air popping, this seemed a little less fresh to me. The popcorn had a softer crunch, perhaps from all the butter flavoring on it. Good serving size. Definitely scratches the itch for popcorn when you have a craving, and was easy and convenient to make. Overall though I still prefer air popping versus microwave bags.

It’s so handy to have microwave popcorn for travel, at home when you don’t have the energy to pop in the stove, etc… the directions. Tell you not to use your microwave, popcorn feature, but mine turned out perfectly when I did it that way! It could be that I have a bigger higher powered microwave. Most of the kernels were popped. The texture of the popcorn is delicious hot, it’s not my favorite when cooled, the portion is appropriate for 2 to 3 people and the ingredients are what they are. It’s microwave popcorn.

My family loves movie theater popcorn and this one is big enough (30 packs) for many movie nights. Making them is very easy, even 8 year olds can do it themselves, and as soon as its ready, the aroma fills the whole house. They are not too salty, which is perfect.

The OG. From a consistency standpoint, Pop Secret is top of the list. It hasn’t changed in decades and that’s the point. Don’t mess with it if ain’t broken. Easy to make, great price, never stale, and as close to movie theater quality you can get. My wife loves popcorn so I appreciate the value pack too.
