Let Imagination Begin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembling the playhouse went smoothly. The instructions were very clear to follow. The last two steps of putting on the roof was more a two person job, but with a little modification I was able to complete it by myself. Aside from the roof, the only other part that took me a minute to get done was putting the rod in the swing doors with the caps. It took me a moment to line it up right without being able to really see or control it and pinching the caps so they will fit in the hole to close the rod in. I really love that it all just clicks together, it saved way more time on the assembly and no need to worry about over tightening anything and running it. It took me about 15 minutes to get it all together mostly due to my backyard being slightly uneven and also doing it solo. If you have an even ground space and someone to build it with you, it would probably take you less than 10 to get it assembled. The final look is really cute, I love that there is some pop of bold with the darker blue, but light colors on the sides and for the window overhangs, I feel it keeps it cooler to the touch with the colors being so light compared to a darker color that would hold onto heat. The color combos also just work well together and are colors I personally like. I love that there is so much open space all around the play house because it makes for great airflow if it is outside while the littles are playing in it, but not too much that if it’s really windy they would get blown around. With having multiple kids that play inside of it, there being two doors is amazing so there isn’t the battle of anyone blocking the way to get in or out as well as if someone just wants to open and close the door there is another the other kids can use without disrupting the play. My 3 younger kids 6, 4, and 1 love playing inside of it and I play with them through the pass through window on the outside. It doesn’t feel crowded with all 3 of them in there and there hasn’t been an issue among them of anyone bugging someone else’s space. It’s a decent sized playhouse without taking up too much space. We have a big backyard so we have a ton of yard space for the kids to play, even if we had a smaller one this would work really well and I would get and use it. I’ve had this playhouse for almost two weeks and it has held up really well for our crazy weather we’ve had so far. We’ve had temperatures in the teens with rain and some snow, then to 90 degrees out and extremely windy. Through it all the structure has held up and stood firm without blowing around or falling apart.

Fantastic PlayHouse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the Lifetime indoor/outdoor Kids’ Playhouse. The setup was very easy. It required no tools and instructions and parts were clear and simple. I had many little hands helping set it up but even with their help, it only took 30 minutes to fully set it up. It’s a snap together setup and it has held together very well. It’s very durable and my kids have loved playing with it. We currently are using it inside and it fits great downstairs in the basement. We love the colors as they are not the typical pink playhouse colors, these are a more warm combination of colors. We love lifetime products and this is another fantastic kids product.

So Easy to Set Up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lifetime playhouse is truly fantastic. The set up took under 20 minutes from opening the box, to putting the house together. There are no screws or small parts. Each thick, durable plastic piece simply snaps into place. Having so many “windows” in this house allows for lots of extra light, and the two “store windows” work perfect for pretend play of restaurant, kitchen, and greenhouse, just to name a few my children have enjoyed. I love how the doors swing both inside and out, making this very toddler friendly. The roofline makes the inside of the house taller, allowing for taller kids to still be able to stand inside. When it was warm outside for a few days, my kids and I decided to bring the playhouse up from the basement to our backyard. It took 15 minutes total to take down the playhouse, bring the panels upstairs and outside, and setting up was a breeze as all the panels simply snapped into place. This playhouse is durable for kids and real-life play, including being outside! I highly recommend this sturdy and easy to set up playhouse for kids!

A Great Space for Their Imagination!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall Impression This playhouse has been a fantastic addition to our home. Our kids play in it daily, and it has quickly become a central spot for their imagination. It looks very "classy" and matches the inside of our home perfectly, rather than being an eyesore like many bright plastic toys. Assembly Experience The assembly was generally easy to understand and a breeze to set up. We loved that the design is symmetrical—both sides are basically exactly the same, so once you learn the steps for one side, you just repeat them for the other. However, the "no tools" claim has a few caveats. While my wife did most of the assembly, she found some parts hard to snap in (likely due to assembling on carpet). We also found that when trying to move the two completed halves closer together to join them, the pieces would start to detach, which was slightly annoying. Finally, the roof definitely required two people; we needed the height and strength of a second person to get those top pieces locked in properly. Features & Play The design is excellent for play. The large windows let in plenty of light, so it doesn't feel closed in, and the ledges are perfect for the kids to "serve" us food from their kitchen. The dual doors (front and back) are also a hit—our toddler loves running in one side and out the other. Size & Capacity The size is perfect even for a smaller indoor space like our living room. Inside, it’s surprisingly roomy; we fit the play kitchen, a mini vacuum, and a broom set, and there’s still room for an adult to squeeze in to help tidy up. Aesthetics & Colors We really appreciate the color scheme.Since this sits in our living room, we love the mellow, "classy" color scheme. It fits our decor much better than standard bright plastic toys. Structurally, it feels very sturdy—I’m confident it would survive a windstorm if we moved it outside. It feels like a high-quality piece of furniture rather than just a toy. Constructive Feedback (Pros & Cons) While sturdy once built, the assembly on carpet revealed some flex in the base. As mentioned, moving it during assembly caused parts to pop loose. Additionally, because the base pieces flex slightly when walked on (on carpet), the door frames shift just enough so the friction latches on the doors don't stay closed as reliably as they might on a hard surface. A more rigid base might solve this issue for indoor setups. Conclusion Overall, the house met our expectations for what we look for in a playhouse. It’s sturdy, attractive, and sized perfectly for indoor creative play. We highly recommend it!

Amazing, durable playhouse!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this playhouse for free from Lifetime in exchange for my honest review. We had been searching for a high-quality playhouse for our yard, and this one has been a great fit for our family. Assembly went smoothly overall. Assembly was straightforward and easy. It requires two people but technically, no tools are required. However, we did find that using a rubber mallet made the assembly a little easier and quicker. It’s not necessary, but it was helpful. It’s a great size for both indoor and outdoor use, but once it’s fully assembled, it’s too large to fit through most standard doorways. That means you’ll want to decide where it will live before building it. This wasn’t an issue for us since we specifically wanted a durable, long-term playhouse for our yard. The size is perfect for our 4-year-old, and there’s plenty of room to grow into it. There’s also enough interior space to add little house accessories. I appreciate the open window design — it makes it easy for adults to watch and interact with the kids while they’re playing inside. The design also feels pinch-free for little fingers, which gives me peace of mind. The materials feel sturdy and high quality, and I’m confident it will withstand the elements for years to come. The neutral colors also blend really nicely into our outdoor space!

Love this Playhouse!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] *Lifetime Products sent me this complimentary playhouse in exchange for my honest review. While I received this playhouse for free, all thoughts and opinions are my own* This is the first playhouse my family has ever owned. My kids were beyond excited the day it arrived, and cheered when I said it was for them! There was even an "Alright, let's go!" in there too. 🙂 The box was pretty heavy, so my oldest son and his friend helped me pack it into the house. I was a little worried that it would take a while to put together considering the size of the playhouse, but the entire process took less than 30 minutes after opening up the box. I was pleasantly surprised of the simplicity and how easy it was to assemble! I pretty much did it myself, and the only thing I needed help with was lifting the roof onto the house. No tools are necessary since the parts just snap into place. I actually used a rubber mallet, making it easier for me to attach pieces together as my hands aren't the strongest. Since we don't have tons of room inside our house, we decided to set up the playhouse (dimensions: 44” x 46” x 55”) outside on the deck which is the perfect area for it. I'm able to do things in the kitchen and keep an eye on the kiddos while they're playing in it outdoors. We don't have any other backyard toys, so this addition was greatly appreciated. We also have a Lifetime Folding Picnic Table that sits on our deck as well, and when the warmer weather arrives, I'm going to add an outdoor rug and some potted plants. 🌼 Once the playhouse was ready to go, the older kids immediately took over and turned it into a fortress to keep the younger ones out. As you can imagine they weren't too happy about that, and I finally had to set a time limit so everyone could have a turn. I absolutely love the colors and openness of this playhouse! I've never been a fan of bright colored playhouses which tend to look tacky and cheap. Often times they fade and crack after sitting outside too long. My husband was worried about this, but I told him that this particular playhouse is UV-resistant so it won't fade in the sun, and can stand up to any weather without chipping, cracking, or peeling. I also like that there are no stickers...please tell me I'm not the only parent who doesn't like putting stickers on toys! 🙃 I love that it has two swinging doors, and that there is more than one way in and out. The extra windows are a plus too; I like the fact that I can always see what's going on when the kids are playing inside it. We have always had a good experience with Lifetime Products! I would rate this playhouse a 10/10, and hands down recommend one for your kids!

Easy to build, and the kids love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had an unusually warm weather this winter, so we decided to build this playhouse on a weekend afternoon. A lot of products can be difficult to put together and take longer than what you might have initially expected. This took about 20 minutes from start to finish. Everything was easy to assemble, requiring no tools or screws. The next question that comes to mind is that if there are no screws or hardware how sturdy is the product? I have already seen the kids hanging over the playhouse windows and supporting them with ease. I am pleasently surprised with the rigidity. It is great for the young imagination as the large windows allow them to act like a shop or lemonade stand. Later on when they are playing outside the spot allows them to set down some refreshments and relax in the shade. I am unsure how well the roof will keep out water, but I suspect a silicone bead will seal it. The size can easily hold several young kids, and it could fit well in a basement or outside in the yard. I was a bit worried that it would be too small but that is not the case at all for the kids. Lastly I am happy that there are no stickers or other elements that may fade over time and I imagine it will look good even after 5 years of outdoor use.

Fun kid playhouse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] assembly was relatively easy although I did need the strength of my husband to really get the pieces to connect. Once I realized which piece was which, the set up was pretty easy as well. We loved how open it was for our kids and the small features like the shelves. The colors are nice and not a login fly bright like some playhouses. The size is good for our little kids with one of them being almost five. He still fits well with no ducking required. Overall it will be a good playhouse for o ur kids to effectively use their imagination in the yard

Cute little house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this playhouse for our little one, and so far it’s been really fun! Putting it together wasn’t too hard. It took a couple of hours, and it definitely helped to have two people. Some pieces were a little tricky to line up, but the instructions were easy to follow. I really like how sturdy it feels. The doors and windows are fun, and my kid loves running in and out. The colors are soft and not too bright, which I like. The size works well for our space. It’s not too big, not too small. Perfect for a playroom or backyard. A couple pieces were a little tricky to put together, but overall it’s great.
