[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this shampoo with the conditioner 3X a week. My hair is long, thick, oily scalp with dry ends. First thing I noticed was the scent was nice & pleasant. The packaging is really nice & different. You get plenty of product in the container. My hair after just one use felt more hydrated & smooth. I wash my hair twice in one showering because it’s so thick but only needed one round. Last but not least the amount of improvement I noticed with frizz was amazing! 10/10 for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair definitely feels clean and less frizzy after using this shampoo, however it does make my hair feel a little dry but pairs very well with the conditioner to get that softness back. I really enjoyed this line! Very affordable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this along with the shampoo, the shampoo was okay, but this conditioner really weighed my hair down. By the end of the day, my hair actually felt dirty, unfortunately I wasn't impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found Being Bye Bye frizz shampoo very drying for my long highlighted hair. Not sure how it can smooth my hair if it is so drying. Best I can say is it has a nice scent- but I wouldn’t spend my money on this even if it is i expensive.

This is the absolute worst set of shampoo and conditioner I have ever purchased. First off, it has no smell to it which is disgusting. I absolutely love fragrant hair products and this one has no smell. Secondly, the products just don't work. My hair was dry and brittle after using. The bottles are also terrible. Nothing good about this product

In the bottle, it smells good. When you apply it to the hair, it smells like a chemical reaction and stinks as bad as a perm.
