I like the Apple Watch better personally. Not a fan of the software on this.

Ordered for my wife. I have had the same model for a while. She wanted the same model. It is easy to set up and she is very pleased.

I have used it in my marathon training and it works great. It gives a lot more information than an Apple Watch.

Whether you’re aware or not it’s maybe something to think about: Google now owns FITBIT watches - AND - if you enjoy being monitored by Google then stay that path. However, I do not want or need Google watching over me and sending me ad links to buy something I don’t need. Beyond this stated preference, I have owned a FITBIT watch in its early days. It failed after 18 months. The alternative at the time was either Apple or Garmin and I chose Garmin. The Garmin I purchased lasted almost 11 years, and, when it failed recently, there was no question as to what I was buying to replace it: another Garmin watch. The Garmin App and the product itself are just better than the other options. I can’t twist your arm, understood, but I think Garmin makes the best Sport/Health/Work/Play watch available and also the best watch App.

I’ve used Polar, Coros, and various apps on my Apple Watch over the years but this was my first purchase of a Garmin product. I must admit that I’ve been so impressed. The hardware itself is great. Nothing fancy, but very practical and well refined features. It’s the app and the Garmin ecosystem that has really blown me away. I’ve been training for a couple months now toward my first marathon and the watch has been amazing. I’m looking forward to the event this fall.

While being one of the cheaper Garmin Watches, it stil holds up. Perfect for people who like to work out ir run. A lot of nice features, like sleep track. The one feature i really like is that it predicts how your next workout will be, it lets tou know how many hiurs you need to rest before your next workout. Also it has a daily recommended run. I got mine on black friday.
