It dissolves well and fits perfectly into my daily routine. After using it consistently, I noticed improvements in my hair, skin, and nails, and it also supports muscle recovery and strength. A great all-in-one supplement.

Just started using it so no word on the results but i will say it is NOT flavorless and leaves a weird aftertaste. If you are really sensitive to that I would look for another product. I've tried it in coffee, straight water, juice and smoothie and I think I'll stick to putting it in my smoothies. It was the least noticeable in that. Ruined my coffee one morning.

High quality and no side effects. I've mixed it in flavored water but recommend it in more like a smoothie it is thick. No good just in water. Quality you can trust. Creatine should be added to anyone in 40 and older!

The value is perfect for the effects this has on my body. It helped support my hair growth, muscle strength and gives me a boost of energy. The container is easy to open and store. It does not dissolve easily for me. I've tried adding it to hot and cold coffee. It looks like it's dissolved while stirring but later I find it settles in the bottom of my cup either way.

I usually put collagen powder and creatine in my coffee every morning so I liked the idea of just having to do 1 scoop. But this made my coffee undrinkable. Maybe you can find something to mix it in to hide the sour milk flavor but I'm not willing to waste trying it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried this with both hot beverages and cold. I prefer it in hot beverages because it dissolves easier. In cold drinks it stays at the bottom. I would definitely not say it is flavorless. It actually has a funky smell to it. So I'd say it's fine in coffee or hot chocolate, but I wouldn't drink it by itself in a glass of water.

The taste is awful, unless you mix it with some juice or tea. Easy to make it, just add a few scoops of the powder to tea, stir it and it's all done. It dissolves easily, no clumps. I am drinking it daily once and already have some improvement with my hair. The container has almost a kilogram in it, so I can tell it's really a great deal for the price.
