The first thing I noticed about this product is how the conditioner seems to be more on the runny side. It is not as thick as other conditioners I’ve used before. At first I tested it by itself without using their brand of shampoo and I wasn’t impressed at all. It didn’t make my hair feel smooth. Afterward I used it with the shampoo and it actually made my hair feel soft, so I think it definitely needs to be used with the shampoo. It also has a coconut smell like the shampoo which is not my favorite but not too overpowering.

When it comes to the packaging I wasn't a fan of the tube. I personally prefer a pump. Other than that i like it. I also like that it tells you the texture type its for in the corner.
