I appreciate that the instructions are separated according to which bag the pieces you need are in. Also, I find the instructions have become even better about giving visuals for smaller parts, possibly not needed for most adults but for younger kids especially I find it to be helpful and lets them put more of the set together independently. There are so many nifty little Harry Potter accents included in this set, and because I love Luna the most I’m happy to see a set centered around her. The best part of the whole set, for me, is the lighted Lego that casts different shadows you can change with a slider.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. i’m obsessed with this set! i love harry potter, so i can appreciate all the little details that went into this set (my personal favorite is a brick that showcases luna’s painting of harry and friends above her bed). i’m also obsessed with the light brick! it’s so cool and innovative, and very fun to play with. one downside is the fact that the lego set is not sturdy; i kept thinking i was putting it together wrong but it’s really just how it stands. definitely meant more for display and not for kids to play with. another thing that i don’t like (although this goes for all legos) is the fact that the color on the instruction book doesn’t match the brick colors a lot of the time. if you think you’re missing a piece, check again; it may have been a printing error. overall, this set was so much fun to build, and it looks great on my harry potter shelf!

The size is just right, the build feels sturdy, and usability is great with clear instructions. I bought this because I was attracted to it’s quirkiness.. But I haven’t been able to keep one part from falling off while trying to add another. It would be cute, if I had been able to keep it together. It would look good with ‘The Burrow’, which also gave me trouble.

It’s a great hobby for kids or any age group. The materials are well organized and they also come nicely wrapped with labeled sections so you don’t get confused. The assembly can be confusing at times but it’s part of putting together a Lego set!

It’s easy to follow, and fun to do. I will definitely be getting more of these. I wish I was lying when I said I’d never done a Lego kit. I may be hooked.

Totally love harry potter so I loved getting this. I think the upkeep on being able to dust this will be easy no maintenance needed.

I feel like for the price of this set it should be a full house, not half and should probably include Ron’s minifigure. This set it also incredibly unstable, I had to rebuild it twice just to make sure it wouldn’t fall apart.
