I bought on Christmas. Not use a lots . But lid with little sensor stick was broken . Because it was very hard to open every time. Please let me know what you can do in this situation? Replace the part ?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blender is much quieter and more efficient than my last one which was a Ninja.My smoothies are really smooth. However I do find it difficult at times to remove the top and the bottom metal element on the container heats up quite a bit. I am not sure if that itself is a defect or not. I have not tried to make ice cream with it yet because the recipes are digital I believe and I have to register first.

Bought this recently to replace a Hamilton Beach that i had for years. This Blender is well made and the Blade is super strong & Sharp. Motor is soooo Powerful and pulverizes ice cubes and nuts (home made peanut butter). Looks great in my New Modern Kitchen.

Discovering this powerful blender lives up to the Zwilling brand in both design and performance. The motor base is both sleek and secure with easy dial controls. Durable pitcher and cap have convenient measurements. Impressive how the preset programs power through ice, frozen fruit, and stalky greens for my daily smoothie. Variable speeds have turned out delicious purees in the form of creamy soups, sauces, hummus, and nut butters. Can't wait to trying additional recipes found on the Zwilling Culinary World app.

I will start out by saying that the design aesthetics of this are gorgeous. I had such high hopes, especially with the reputation of Zwilling behind it. Hower, the motor tends to spin without spinning the blades. They only catch if they are not encumbered by the frozen fruit you may be trying to blend. Which means preparing something as simple as a smoothie can be frustrating. You must use quite a bit of liquid for it to work. It also sounds like the motor is about to overheat by the time you get everything to the right consistency. I'm not sure if this is normal, but it is a far cry from the Vitamix I had previously.

I did have a little trouble with the first use because I didn't realize the blender's LID needed to line up with the blender jar handle, but once I figured that out it was super-easy and beautiful. I really like the fact that I can turn this blender off without unplugging the entire thing every time.

They ladies at the store spoke very highly of this product and product line. I’ve been looking at other comparable blenders but hearing hands on reviews on how much they liked it had me sold!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The blender works very well on crushing most things and making smooth smoothies. But sometimes it misses and ice cube or two. And sometimes it doesn't always blend well small pieces, like chopped dates. Not too much of a big deal, but I would like that it would blend everything pretty quickly. And I wouldn't have to blend again and again to get a smooth consistency. But overall it takes on what we use it for which is fresh or frozen fruits, powders, milk, juices, etc. The only major complaint I have with the blender is the way to open it. If u push or pull with too much pressure on the tab that sticks out it can break. Thankfully the customer care team was very helpful in this regard and sent a replacement. Gonna have to find another way to open it without breaking the top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What’s wonderful about this product is that it pulverizes the seeds in the frozen add-in packets I add to smoothies. It takes about two cycles of about 46 seconds to totally blend together yogurt, milk, egg white powder, frozen berries, frozen fruit, and frozen açaí or dragon fruit packets. Seeds disappear. The ingredients blend together to make creamy, frozen goodness through and through. Best smoothies ever! One thing, though: the handle gets gunk in it during the dishwashing, which is frequent, and it’s difficult or impossible to get out. But that is only cosmetic. Does not interfere with the brilliant blending this blender does!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stable, fast, powerful and very easy to operate. Love it, had it not been for… Design flaw with handle - things get into handle and grow mold as you can’t clean inside the handle - hopefully I just got a bad one!
