Function LED lit up. Rotating the dial, nothing happens, blender does not start. First time using this, tried to read through the QSG, can't find an answer, tried to search on youtube. No tutorial video found.

This blender is simple, beautiful in appearance and very strong. When making vegetable soup, it grinds very finely in an instant and works well even with very little water. I am very pleased with this
