The smaller size is perfect for snacks like popcorn or chips. They're pretty sturdy and heavy so you don't have to worry about breaking them, and they're also dishwasher and microwave safe! Perfect party bowls :)

The weight is great for me, not too light where it would feel cheap, but not too heavy where they are hard to use. I do a lot of baking and it was so nice to mix my ingredients in the larger bowl. They look so cute one inside another or upon one another more like a triffle to elevate or display. They are nice heavy stoneware and so cute. These will be very handy and last for years.
