I hesitate with the 3 stars, as I truly hate giving a low rating. The concept is good but sadly too many woody parts of broccoli stems were used; which done properly would have been okay, but these were far too dry causing them to be extremely sharp at the edges. One almost stuck in my throat and was very uncomfortable. It was consistent throughout both bags I Purchased. That was the only issue, but it ruined the whole dish, both times. The flavor was good and nice crunch. It would have benefited greatly with the addition of sunflower or pumpkin seeds Purchased 4/29/26 @ Bangor ME store. This used to be a really good salad. However, lately it seems like 70-80% of the bag is chewy broccoli stalk. Before, there was more crispy lettuce. The salad consistency is now chewy and broccoli-flavored (bitter) so I won’t be buying it again.

Both my 10 yo daughter and I LOVE this salad! She especially loves the dressing, but I love the tiny toast croutons. At our location, it says it’s limited time, and we hope it sticks around permanently!

If you haven’t tried this salad yet, don’t wait! It’s absolutely delicious! I only bought 1 bag but wish I would have bought but definitely will in the future. Bag is enough for 2
