Console freezes up often and the controller came broken. Seems like if you’re gonna spend this kind of money on something, everything should work right.

Other than the later arrival it works just fine no issues whatsoever amazing clear HD graphics fast loading times and a library of games to choose from just wish it game it different colors but other than that satisfied with my purchase

I’ve had both versions. I’ve had the disc version and now this one. And honestly, I prefer this one over the other one. It’s much skinnier, I can download the game from my PlayStation app from my phone onto my consul. I love it!

I didn't like that this package wasn't sealed. It looks as if someone had already purchased it and brought it back. My grandson deserves a new present that hasn't already been opened. So im taking it back

My HDMI went out less than a year I got this version because the HDMI went out in the version with disc. Not to mention the typical PlayStation stick drift

Honestly great buy, i thought 400 was a little much bit when i got it it was definitely worth it runs games smooth as butter and ive only encountered a few glitches. my only dislike is it dosnt come with a stand, its easy to know over

This is the second one we’ve purchased in two years due to overheating. PlayStation knows this is an issue with their devices and need to come up with a fix.

i purchased this game system on February 3rd and tried to install and play the disc and the system isn't working. i want a refund or exchange for a new working system. it's not damaged.
