today i topk it out of the box and downloaded a game to it. after the game was downloaded i turned the system off. an hour later i played the game that i bought from the playstore and 10 minutes in the system said it was overheated. i never boight a digital system before and my other ps5 is a disc system.

Menu is a. little more complicated to use. Shortcuts on PS4 are much quicker. Also realized purchasing a cooling fan was necessary. Doesn't support certain Bluetooth devices. I do like the better graphics and faster load times. Overall not super Impressed...

We bought my son this ps5 and it’s perfect with him living far away from us, if he needs a new game we just login and purchase and he’s able to play. Way easier than going to the store. Haven’t had any problems with the game so far! He’s happy we’re happy :)

One of the controllers quit functioning a week or two after purchase. We couldn't file a claim to just get the controller fixed or replaced as it was a package deal, so the entire PlayStation needed to be returned too. Even through the warranty process. There was a lot of back and forth till we decided to purchase another controller. Outside of that, I cant complain. It gets the job done.

Bought this in February for my grandchildren to use when they visit. Hasn't been used since March, and when they tried to use it today, it is giving false overheating message and shuts itself down. Have swept the vents (with no lint in them), and restarted several times. Hopefully, I can return.

Bought for my daughter for Christmas at a great price, everything worked flawlessly with easy game transfer instructions from previous PS4 digital downloads that was free with no extra charge. Sony really went all out on this new console and the all new sleek design really look appealing to consumers of all age groups. Great marketing all the way around.

I love this ps5, I added the disc player to it because I had a bunch of ps4 games and movies so adding the disc player was very easy to do, cost 70 extra to add it. Only thing I would say is I would get more memory space since this only came with 800 something GB. But I can add more memory internally of needed but it will cost about 300 for 4 TB’s

My ps5 had scratches on the base of the system before I even opened the box. And taken it out to play. It also doesn’t hold a connect to my WiFi for whatever reason. But bc I have everything on it already I didn’t want to return it and redo everything

super fast delivery, plug and play. Remember to check the tv input you use for the PlayStation. We initially hooked the cable to the standard HDMI input, it would blackout during reset and we had to unplug the Sony TV. We had to hook it up to the 4K input and know it works great.
