Not a Le-creuset quality, enamel is chipping at bottom of edge of lid already, heavy construction, poor finish.

It is very easy to bake sourdough bread. It is easy to grab the parchment paper and lift the loaf out.

It made super flat bread. You can't dry heat it before putting in your sourdough so the bread turns out flat

Worked wonderfully on my sourdough boule it made the crust perfectly crispy on the outside, and the crumb inside was light and airy as well.
