Never got it

I ordered it on July 23rd and it was supposed to be delivered on July 28th. FedEx told me that the label was created, but they never gave them my package to them. Talk to Sam’s on July 30th and they won’t give me a refund until July 31st because it could still be shipped. And they need to wait 2 business days without any movement on FedEx. I told the person it hasn’t moved for 5 business days. Hopefully I will get my money back tomorrow.

It’s really cool and feels nice, but I don’t like that the middle part is like empty ? I checked multiple pillows at the store and they’re all flat in the middle only.
