I fixed a frozen salmon fillet the first day and then a chicken tenderloin. Both were absolutely delicious! Pretty tender, too. There is a touch screen with the most common items that you prepare preprogrammed. Tap the menu until you reach the item you are going to cook and then press start. You can add or remove time for your preferred crispness. The clear lid and light button allows you to view what you are cooking. You don’t have to stop the cooking process to check on your meal. Such a great idea! I have had to toss over cooked food many times with my last air fryer. This air fryer is sleek looking and goes well with the appliances in my kitchen. I highly recommend!
