no whey! I'm allergic to whey, but not allergic to this stuff at all. i use it with filtered milk to make ninja creami ice cream. i hope sams carries more redcon1 stuff

mre is the best meal replacement on the market. it comes with alot of protein and is very low on carbs. ive went to work multiple times drinking just 1 glass of these and would feel full the entire day.

Best alternative to whey or casein. Has multiple proteins wo all the extra. Tastes great %26 doesn’t leave me feeling super full. Def worth the price!!
