The girl went together very well. I took my time and left the parts in the plastic bags until I was ready to use them since the part number was on the plastic bags.

I have bought a total of 4 grills for our little cottage in Port Isabel, TX. This is #4. All of the previous grills have literally rusted to pieces or nearly so in 2 to 3 years. This one looks like it may be built to last. There is nothing on it that isn’t made of stainless steel. The cabinet itself is very impressive with double walled doors. 4 burners get up to 600 degrees. First class cover as well. Grilled some burgers that came out perfect. Can’t wait to see if it can withstand the salty atmosphere here.

I have been using this grill for over a month now and cooked everything from steaks, burgers, brats, salmon, skewered shrimp, foil wrapped potatoes, and everything comes out great. The side burner is handy to keep the heat out of the house for boiling corn on the cob, sautéing mushrooms, and griddling buns.

Solid grill which assembled very easily. Everything seemed to be heavy duty from the grates to the casters. Loved the smooth seems on the grill hood. The pull out drip pan is a must have for me. Cooked steaks on it after assembly and they turned out great! Would definitely recommend this grill!!

My wife bought me my Thor Gordon Ramsey edition grill for Father’s Day and it’s the best grill I’ve ever had! Assembly wasn’t hard and instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. Great craftsmanship, the rose gold knobs really make it pop and it’s a great addition to my backyard

This grill appears to be well made with nice features, including a much better draining setup under the burners, slide out drip pan in the back (for grease removal and cleaning) and is much higher quality firebox than our last grill which had been a members mark stainless grill. Good quality and features for the price!

This is a very good grill for the sale price! There are a couple of little things that could be better. The doors are nice, but the mounts for the hinges are a little flimsy and they can get out of alignment a little. The gas lines are a little tough to get in the right mounting position. But the box arrived in great shape and was packaged well. An electric screwdriver is a plus when assembling the parts. And there are quite a few but not any worse than a couple of other grills I've had in the past.

Great quality, assembly was straight forward and easy except alining the doors I’m a little OCD so that’s part of it. Received everything except flame shields and was able to get that resolved easily.

Fair Warning... Per the Sams Club website, under the specifications section, it states: Liquid Propane (Natural gas version convertible with purchase of conversion kits). Although the Gordon Ramsay appliance website offers two different NG conversion kits , neither are identified as being compatible with this grill. I called customer support and they also were unable to identify a NG kit compatible with this specific grill :( Hopefully someone will be able to identify a solution.

Received this BBQ with many missing parts. Called Customer Service and after 30 minutes got nowhere. Texted the number provided and it does not accept text messages. i've send 2 emails about missing parts with no response. I would not recommend this brand from Sam's Club.
