I purchased this grill and love it so far. It was easy and straightforward to set up and packaged well. Burners heat evenly and can recommend it enough!

I bought this on sale this past weekend at Home Depot and it’s really nice. Trying to pick on a project for building my outdoor kitchen and this was on display and luckily their only piece. There are some cosmetic wear from being in store but overall great. I have it in my garage at the moment and really like how it feels and maintains the temp. In extreme weather the portions closer to the doors do heat up really high not sure if that’s common. But the depth is great to add beverage cans easily. Comes with dividers to separate things in there and a basket which can come in handy. The quality is evident and the doors are heavy. Love the easy slide back feature and really happy with my purchase so far.

Fair Warning... Per the Sams Club website, under the specifications section, it states: Liquid Propane (Natural gas version convertible with purchase of conversion kits). Although the Gordon Ramsay appliance website offers two different NG conversion kits , neither are identified as being compatible with this grill. I called customer support and they also were unable to identify a NG kit compatible with this specific grill :( Hopefully someone will be able to identify a solution.

Received this BBQ with many missing parts. Called Customer Service and after 30 minutes got nowhere. Texted the number provided and it does not accept text messages. i've send 2 emails about missing parts with no response. I would not recommend this brand from Sam's Club.

Yikes, mine is going to be delivered tomorrow. I wish I had read this review before I ordered it.
