Fair Warning... Per the Sams Club website, under the specifications section, it states: Liquid Propane (Natural gas version convertible with purchase of conversion kits).  Although the Gordon Ramsay appliance website offers two different NG conversion kits , neither are identified as being compatible with this grill. I called customer support and they also were unable to identify a NG kit compatible with this specific grill  :(  Hopefully someone will be able to identify a solution.

Natural Gas Conversion Kit Not Available?

Thank you for the warning. I was prepared to proceed with the purchase and decided to review the feedback, which saved me some potential complications.

Save by the bell

Received this BBQ with many missing parts.  Called Customer Service and after 30 minutes got nowhere.  Texted the number provided and it does not accept text messages.  i've send 2 emails about missing parts with no response.  I would not recommend this brand from Sam's Club.
