It's really cool and feels nice, but I don't like that the middle part is like empty ? I checked multiple pillows at the store and they're all flat in the middle only.

The pillow actually keeps your head cool and I was all over my bed with this pillow

I purchased several of these and I like the cool feeling of them, but I’m a little disappointed that they aren’t filled firmer. I like to sleep with this on my side between my knees to help keep my spine aligned for better sleep, but it isn’t firm enough for that purpose. They are nice pillows though, and I will enjoy them just not for the purpose originally intended.
