Tastes like garbage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try a protein bread, but this was just a very odd load of bread. The crust was really dark and dry. The bread itself is very thick and dense, maybe better for French toast.

The one time I didn't read the reviews. I can't in all good conscience call this product "bread" or really even edible! I eat a lot of protein enriched foods and this isn't one of them. My dog even spit it out and he eats flippin lettuce.

This was the absolute worst bread I've ever eaten in my life! Gross, gross, gross! Even tried toasting it, and that was even worst as it didn't toast!

This is the worst "bread" I've ever had. Not sure how you can even get away with calling this bread. It is like eating a flavorless tough sponge. If that's how you prefer to get extra protein in enjoy but the rest of this loaf is going in the trash for me. Couldn't even convince myself to finish one sandwich on this.

Honestly, I get why some of the comments state that the bread is good due to the macros on it however, the taste is not there nor the texture. The bread is very chewy and spongy like so maybe it might work for some French toast, but for a sandwich, It's not very enjoyable, but the macros are great.

This bread was a lifesaver for me. I have a medicine that I must take twice a day with 20 g of protein. And I have another medicine I cannot take with dairy. That really limits me, especially in the morning when I don't feel like cooking eggs And meat. I can have two pieces of this toast with a little bit of butter and jam and a cup of coffee and I'm good to go. Likewise in the evening when I take my nighttime dose this also makes it easy. Or I can take one piece with egg and make French toast or just eat it with a scrambled egg and it makes all of my needs. The taste is good it's soft. But right now it's hard to get Sam's Club says it's out of stock and only one other store in the whole Walnut Creek area stocks it and I have to drive 8 miles to get it. So I hope it really becomes popular and they keep it in stock.

This bread certainly looks the part! Hard to see that it is keto. Prepare yourself because it doesn't taste like regular bread, but it is by far the best keto friendly loaf bread I've ever had. The texture is great. It toasts up nicely, and holds up to toppings.
