I bought this fridge over the Christmas season, and am extremely happy with it, I can't believe how quiet this refrigerator is, the only regret I have is that it did not come with an ice maker installed so now I have to figure which is the correct ice maker model for it that I should purchase, other than that am super satisfied with it and would recommend this fridge for anyone to purchase.

Just like the 18.1 refrigerator this has plenty of room and great quality shelves on the door. Lots of space on the inside with the flat back interior. The crisper drawers on the bottom are a plus and easy access for the little ones for healthy snacks.

Freezer space trays are adjustable with enough space for frozen pizzas and storage of frozen items on the door. Fridge portion also has adjustable trays and enough space on the door to hold milk and gallon containers. Overall impressed by the efficiency of this appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer looks bigger on the outside than the inside. The refrigerator itself is roomy, just wished bins on the door would be more adjustable. It's just the standard size. Do not like the lighting. Very nice for an extra fridge to put in garage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice refrigerator with top freezer. Plenty of inside storage space because of the lack of frills like ice maker and water dispenser. Clear glass shelves which are spill proof is an extra bonus. Two crispers bins with separate humidity controls is an excellent option.

We really like this fridge but it came not working correctly. Kenmore got a service call set up but then the service company (Sears) called to reschedule two weeks later. Still waiting for repair. Freezer will not adjust so everything is deep frozen which sucks for ice cream

The freezer freezes. The refrigerator won't get cold.

I bought this fridge a week ago and it stopped cooling after one day. I called kenmore service and the lady was super nice and helped me register it and set up a service appointment. The day of my service appointment nobody showed up and I got a message that it was rescheduled for two days later. The day of my next service appointment nobody showed up again and I got a message that it was rescheduled for a week later. At this point I don't know if they are ever coming.
