They soft and comfortable right out the box. I would recommend anyone to try the mattress in a box. This is my first one and I already love it and have used it yesterday. The size is a Queen and it sits up nice and high. It is no noise.

Arrived in an unmarked busted open box. No instructions, etc. highly disappointed in Sam's doesn't even begin to express my frustration. No way of knowing if this has been used returned and resold or not. Immediately going back and I will urge everyone not to buy from here.

I am 70 years old and never imagined I would be buying a mattress in a box. I did and I love it. I purchased a firm queen size. It is beautiful, comfortable and yet firm. Have always tried a mattress out in the store. Well, I read the reviews and let that guide me. Very happy with this purchase and a good price.

Slept on this bed at a shirt term rental. the bed was so good i pulled the bottom sheet to see the manufacturer. was surprised that ut was a Sam's Club brand.I liked its firmness and plan on ordering one soon. I read the one star review and found it interesting since the bed discription says firm.

I was wanting a nice firm mattress that's affordable and won't sag under a lot of weight and this mattress was just right. After one week I am very happy with this one. (Queen / Firm )

How is something so firm considered plush? This bed is great if you like a firm bed. Even if you like a firm you would still like this “plush version” There was nothing plus about this plush bed. Will be returning!
