Excellent range and very accurate alerts. I especially like the directional arrows so you know exactly where the signal is coming from. The GPS filtering also does a great job cutting down on false alerts. Easy to use, reliable, and definitely worth the money.

Outstanding product. I had it running side by side with an Escort 360, and the Uniden outperformed in every category. It filters out all the vehicle related radar, picks up police bands WAY before the Escort, and the directional arrows are a true game-changer. The arrows tell you what direction the signal is coming from, which is way more helpful than I thought it would be! GPS remembers locations of signals and can filter out building alarms and the like so it doesn't alert you if you so choose. Worth every penny!

Do research before you buy to make sure you are comfortable spending money on this product. I am happy with my U7. Pros * easy setup * works well when updated * customizable Cons * expensive * makes using sunshade more difficult * could make car break-in more likely

I know you get what you pay for but overall from what I see so far it seems to be a good guy but have a head that long so really can’t speak to the product that much but I bought it because I heard good things about it over escort.
