The cup is easy to clean, it comes apart completely and is dishwasher safe. The straw goes down and is covered when not in use which is great so you don’t get anything gross in your drink. One of the cups did leak from the top when tilted, however the other one did not. Still loving these cups!

These keep my drinks nice and cold by the end of the day there is still ice in the cup. Super each to take apart and clean holds a whole can of Mountain Dew. My favorite part of these cups are the retractable straw it’s really nice to l be able to close my drink without taking my straw out you just flip the switch . These cups keep my beverage really nice a cold all day long . I love these colors on the two I received one is a beautiful cream color and other purple with bows my favorite one is the cream colored one these are going to be perfect for taking with me to the beach soon . I’d highly recommend this product. They are nicely made .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love these cups because they are so beautiful. They aren’t super heavy, but the cups are metal, which I prefer. These cups kept my ice frozen for about 16hrs, so I was happy with that since I work 14hrs/day. The main problem is with the lids. I love the idea of a retractable straw, but the inside of the lid has a pretty complex mechanism in order for the straw to function. Don’t get me wrong, the straw so far pops up and goes down with no issues. But the drawbacks are in the cleaning. There are so many crevices inside of the lid that I’m not able to reach everything and it creeps me out. I do soak them, but there’s also an exposed metal spring inside the lid and I worry about it rusting over time. All in all, I don’t think I will continue to use these just based on how long it takes to clean them and it still doesn’t seem like I’ve gotten everything.

I decided to take a picture of my typical, busy after-school and run out the door to take daughter to dance practice photo. That's many words, I know. She takes a water mug, tape, bag of shoes and hair ties and we literally run out of the house to make it on time. She's there for about 4 to 5 hours, 5 days a week. These mugs are stainless steel lined, durable, cute and great for keeping ice water cold (just the way she likes it)! She will sometimes take them to school and at home when I'm preparing her for dance classes, this still has ice in it from that morning! I couldn't believe my eyes. She likes it because they are stylish and keeps her drink cold. The best traits for me are the ease of washing the removable silicone straw and the fact that the straw can be easily covered with a simple twist of the lid. That's important, especially now when it's that particular time of year when everyone is sick. People are coughing and we all know most germs are spread through the air. I would recommend these for anyone who is on the go, wants their drinks super icy cold and mindful about keeping yourself healthy.

The lid can thread in either direction so whichever you prefer your left hand or right you can drink from it on that side. The straw is easy to clean and remove. The concept is wonderful. We have a drink counter at work and my straw is safe and secure without anyone's hands near it reaching over. I love the design. Only bad I found it's supposed to go in the top rack of the dishwasher however it doesn't fit.

The hidden straw design is very practical and if I'm using it outside don't have to worry about the dust also. I haven’t had any leaking issues so far. They keep water cold for a long time and feel durable in hand. The size is a little large but that’s expected for a 30 oz tumbler. It's a good buy for everyday use and travel.
