Feels like it’s a really good quality, but the lid is a little cheaper feeling. Overall, though, these are really nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love these cups because they are so beautiful. They aren't super heavy, but the cups are metal, which I prefer. These cups kept my ice frozen for about 16hrs, so I was happy with that since I work 14hrs/day. The main problem is with the lids. I love the idea of a retractable straw, but the inside of the lid has a pretty complex mechanism in order for the straw to function. Don't get me wrong, the straw so far pops up and goes down with no issues. But the drawbacks are in the cleaning. There are so many crevices inside of the lid that I'm not able to reach everything and it creeps me out. I do soak them, but there's also an exposed metal spring inside the lid and I worry about it rusting over time. All in all, I don't think I will continue to use these just based on how long it takes to clean them and it still doesn't seem like I've gotten everything.

The hidden straw design is very practical and if I'm using it outside don't have to worry about the dust also. I haven't had any leaking issues so far. They keep water cold for a long time and feel durable in hand. The size is a little large but that's expected for a 30 oz tumbler. It's a good buy for everyday use and travel.

I really love that the straw is retractable and the bow cup is adorable and my daughter actually already claimed this one. Where my issue lies is I LOVE ice cold water and I LOVE when my water bottle keeps the ice from melting. Most of my water bottles I can put ice in at night and there is still some in the cup in the morning keeping my water from getting room temperature by morning but rather staying very cold and these cups just aren't as insulated as I would like. They do a good job during the day when I am constantly drinking water but just don't meet all my needs for this to be a holy grail water cup.

The cup is easy to clean, it comes apart completely and is dishwasher safe. The straw goes down and is covered when not in use which is great so you don't get anything gross in your drink. One of the cups did leak from the top when tilted, however the other one did not. Still loving these cups!
