If these were not for my kids I would not be as disappointed but they are. They are advertised as 16 different divers but we ended up with maybe 8 different friends. We had multiples of each. We searched the display and all were like this. It was difficult to find one set that had at least one of each of my kids favorite characters in the same set. They serve their purpose and work well but the box showing 16 friends then not getting half of them was disappointing.

They are a great toy overall, but there are several duplicates as others have unfortunately gotten as well. My granddaughter was very disappointed to not have all that were promised on the packaging as pictured and stated. When I purchased them in store they were all popped out and laying at the bottom of the box so we could not see what we were getting until we got them home. A week later when I returned to the same store there were a couple boxes left and someone had arranged them so you could view the characters. They had the same duplicates that we had. Shame on you for knowingly selling a fraudulent packaged product for little children! Many have opened them expecting to find all 16 of the shown squishmallows only to be disappointed by your purposeful desception!!!! You need to make this right!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We got all duplicates and only half the characters in two separate boxes! We now have 4 of each character we received. For $20 that's a rip off and not at all what is advertised. Lame.

We love squish mallows at our house. So my daughter was so disappointed when she realized she didn't get all the characters pictured on the packaging. They are so cute, but disappointed we didn't get all the different ones listed.

Cute but we received 3 duplicates and are missing the 3 my daughter really wanted. Now she has to decide not to use them on our 4th pool day and return them or deal with not having the ones she wanted. We were missing Floyd, Bevin, and Junie.

Bought two sets because they were so cute, but we had so many duplicates that it really took away from the overall satisfaction. Even with two sets, we are still missing five characters.

They are cute but we got so many duplicates. Stuck with three Pama, three Carl, and two Wendy. Such a bummer. We thought it would be 16 different ones so she really only got 10.

Super cute and they sink fast. My only complaint is that our pack received duplicates of Bevin, Junie, Sergio %26 Charles. We did not get Fifi, Floyd, Kurtz, Gilberto or Wendy. Otherwise, nice little set!

wish i noticed the reviews about duplicates, we only had 3 that were (ordered online for pickup) daughter was still excited as she loves Squishmallows and pool toys, she's not really bothered by it since majority were there
