Solar lamp is inside our sunroom and is still able to charge enough to keep it lit for several hours. It is definitely a decorative item, providing ambient light. It has a very heavy base so if it were outside it would not blow over under normal wind conditions. Very well constructed and easy to assemble. Very glad I purchased it.

This was like two for the price of one! The price drop made this purchase a no brainer. I really love the style and design and the stand is very sturdy.

This light is so cool and looks really pretty on the deck at night. It's easy to set up and charges through it solar panel or with the provided cord. I love it!

DIY Sam's Club Queen here: Full transparency, I am someone with very limited lamp building experience, I found this to be an extremely simple build, as a lamp. Each part is individually packaged carefully in the box. The informational manual graphic wasn't really even needed honestly. 4 screws (3 mini/1 large), 1 large metal washer, four black matte metal bars (that interlock), two Allen wrenches (1 mini/1 large), charging cord, and a detachable frosted panel lantern. Solid material and very simple/easy to put together. After unpacking and putting together (total working time 20-25 minutes) I charged the solar lantern with the included cord to ensure that the lantern functioned. Two hours to fully charge the battery. Yes, the light does function perfectly and each light (off/low/high) setting works great. I love the fact that this modern lantern is detachable and you can carry it around, if you have a darker backyard. The panels of the lantern are frosted (not clear), so it looks higher-end versus the alternative of clear panels. Additionally, the lamp is built for outdoor use, which is fantastic at the value of the price. Genuinely, a fantastic lamp for someone who has big backyard dreams! Thank you Sam's Club - Alex

Love love love this piece! Great for any space!

I saw this earlier for $80. I thought "that's cool, just not $80 cool." I did pick it up for the clearance price of less than $30, and that was a true bargain. Easy to assemble, it looks good in the evenings. I like how the lamp can be removed from the stand for those times you need to charge it beyond solar.

Nice but no directions to put it together

Beautiful light, but doesn’t work properly. Light does not come on unless completely covering up the solar panel 90% or more. It will not come on just turning it on unless the light is covered even after charging for greater than 24h. Bottom section of the pole the screw hole is drilled too large and so it won’t tighten down. Called Sam’s as it says in the package and they said to return it as they don’t have any replacement parts currently.

Holes didn’t match up, but managed to attach the poles. Solar only lasted about 3 1/2 hours after in the 110+ degree sun all day. Also tried charging another day for 24 hours, still didn’t stay lighted up. Looks nice but returned it. Very disappointed!
