I don't know what all the hype is about with cooper sharp. If this is an example of it, I am not impressed. I could taste the processed flavor.

Wow I love Cooper Sharp but this uncut block was very disappointing. It was rubbery and wet to slice but most important was the taste. It was awful. I know the product says Cooper sharp but there was no comparison between the Deli cut and this one.

I love that I can find copper sharp cheese at Sam’s Club. And it’s fairly priced.
