Bern eating this delicious cheese as my preferred/ go to cheese for 35 years! Only recently started buying it as a block.Easy to cube or thin slice with a sharp knife, but hard to shred in a grinder, it just squishes because it's so creamy. Great value for money, too!

Where has this cheese been all my life ?!? I've used it in a beer/cheese dip for homemade pretzels, I've made mac %26 cheese, I've used it in grilled cheese sandwiches, I've made my Mom's macaroni bake (she used Velveeta but this cheese made it soooo much better) it isn't like Velveeta, even tho it does melt well, it actually tastes like cheese. ADDICTIVE! You thought you were a cheese addict, but no, no, no. You were not addicted to cheese until this went in your mouth. Let me tell you! There is something not in the ingredient list that will have you behaving like a crack addict if this cheese is available. It is too good! TOO GOOD! "Should be illegal, but thankfully it's not" GOOD. Looks, like a crappy processed cheese log - does Not cut like one. This one is prone to crumble when sliced and you could make a mess of it (I did) with the wrong slicer. Still VERY Delicious! Dangerously Delicious!

It's got a slight sharp flavor without being overpowering. And it melts so smooth. Perfect for cheese dip and enchiladas!

This cheese is delicious. It slices perfectly and does not spoil fast. My family now prefers this cooper cheese verses supermarket deli cooper cheese. I will definitely be buying this cheese again. The price was right.

If you like sharp cheese and smooth texture this is the one to get. Good for everything from eating slices to grilled to making mack and cheese. A total hit with my family.

This is not sliced cheese, it's more like white velveeta. Tastes is ok and melts good, I was expecting sliced american cheese. My bad I should have read the description more carefully
