I've been hearing about baccarat for the last few years and wanted to try it. But honestly the price tag is ridiculous even for a small bottle so when I saw that this company had a scent inspired by it I jumped on it. It's a very different smell I'm not a huge fan of somewhat masculine scents but it's still feminine and sweet I really enjoyed it.

To no fault of dossier I imagine, I hate this. Which is so weird because Ive only heard great things. I blind bought it thinking I couldnt go wrong with the most popular fragrance out there but I couldnt stand the smell. I love woody and sweet smells but they didnt come through as I imagined. Some people say it smells like latex and I agree. Smells like an experiment gone wrong in a chemistry lab. Sickly sweet, I think what i dont like is the animalic note which takes over the fragrance. My boyfriend loved it and honestly it smelled different on him but I still couldnt take it and sent it back. He said it smelled like beach wood? I didnt get that. Im sad about this one :( I usually like florals and sweet cozy scents.

I absolutely love this fragrance but the concentration is so low that it doesnt even last past my initial spray! Im wondering if I got a bad spray. Dont hesitate to give it a try still. I just see all the great reviews about people getting compliments when they wear it but none of my fragrances from Dossier never grab anyones attention like my designer ones. Just being honest

This is a perfume that everyone recognizes on me- at the doctors office, the supermarket, the elevator in my building. It's an incredible dupe for the real one and I honestly can't think of a reason to buy Baccarat Rouge when apparently this smells the same. It's a very nice scent, sophisticated but not overpowering. My boyfriend loves it on me so it's also a sexy scent that attracts.

I can't speak to the extent that this fragrance mimics the original (because I've never & probably never will purchase or try the original), but this version from dossier really is amazing. I can only describe this as a type of fragrance you smell on someone in a restaurant and think about for a week. It's so lovely and feminine. I'm not a fragrance connoisseur, but this definitely has layers (complete opposite of a one-note perfume). When this came in the mail, I immediately tried it and could still smell it on myself several hours later. I'll be purchasing this for my friends for certain.

So Ive never had the actual Baccarat Rouge to compare personally but I admired someone else wearing it and loved the scent, not the price point so I purchased this with high hopes. My expectations were EXCEEDED! This perfume smells AMAZING and I get so many compliments on it. My new everyday perfume. Ive found that it lasts a long time too, I dont smell it on myself after a couple hours but other people still do and comment on it. So happy I found it!

I got this because people in a fragrance group raved that this was a Baccarat Rouge 540 dupe. Initially I liked it. The scent does not last long (5 minutes if that) and it smells like pepper. Definitely wont be buying it or any scent again. I hope to find my real baccarat soon.

This scent is EVERYTHING that you didnt know you needed in life! Its smells sooo good and I was met with disbelief when I shared where I got it from. My friend jokingly asked how do you spell Dossier again? You will NOT regret this purchase! (And yes, I have a small collection from Dossier!)

Im not sure what Baccarat smells like, but this fragrance was really lovely. It is deep, sensual and sexy. I was, however, not a fan of the initial smell for about the first couple hours. After that, though, it dried down to a beautiful sweet, lightly woodsy aroma. Also, it is a very unisex fragrance.

I specifically purchased this after having used a friends product and loving it. Same company, same scent ordered, completely different smell. You t is extremely light. I would use one spray of hers and it would last all day. I sprayed the one I received 8 times and I can barely smell it at all. I am requesting to receive a different bottle or a full refund.
