I have never smelled the original baccarat, but if it's similar to the ambery saffron I can see why it would be such a hit. This perfume is so unique and feels like a warm hug from someone who has been staying somewhere exotic and sunny. It's really perfect for me and has paired well with several other scents that I have as well. It stays on all day too! I can definitely see why this one is so popular.

I have to say as a avid perfume lover I have found dossier to be my favorite to purchase... the quality had always impressed. The only issue Id say I have had is shipping each time its taken around a month to receive when most other fragrance places Ive received within 3-5 days. This is definitely one of my favorite and top complimented perfumes. I keep it in my purse incase I have any random outtings. Ive even done a YouTube video comparing my decants of BR540 to dossier and several other fragrances which you can find under Mariel Spencer. I would like to do a full review and talk about the fragrances. Super excited.

Ist bottle was good and I bought 3 more of the amberry saffron. The 3 additional ones definitely don't linger or even last an hour. My coworkers used to say they could smell me when I walked in the room but within an hour it dissipates and smells like I have nothing on

I dont know exactly what it is about this perfume that I love so much! I tend to gravitate towards perfumes that include citrus scents and amber, which this one has. But something else in it makes it so addictive to me. It has a sweetness to it, maybe from the plum, but it isnt too cloyingly sweet. It is a unique scent, not really anything I have smelled before. It has several woodsy scents in it (cedar wood, oak moss, and fir balsam), but it isnt too woodsy or masculine. It seems unisex to me. I would love to smell this on my husband! It doesnt quite last all day, but I like to layer it with Musky Musk, which does last all day on me. I havent smelled the original (which is probably a good thing given the price!), so I cant compare. But I will be repurchasing this one in the future. I may have found my signature scent!

OMG! How do I even describe this? Its so difficult to describe the way this smells. I havent smelled the original, but everyone says this is the closest dupe. Regardless, I dont care because it smells incredible. I cant stop smelling myself when I wear this. It is sweet and airy, yet a little spicy and citrus smelling. Also, has a brown sugar smell. This is my new favorite perfume and signature scent. You HAVE to try this!

Lovely spicy and sweet fragrance. Smelled delicious when I sprayed it on a napkin and let it dry. I have found, however, since I have increased my insulin that deeper, stronger scents no longer smell good on me. My body chemistry has changed and the scents I once loved no longer love me back. So, A+ fragrance, just doesnt smell good on me .

I totally understand the hype around MFKs best selling scent now... its just so expensive and luxurious smelling, I dont know how else to describe it. Also, it lasts FOREVER. I only need to spray it once and I still smell it on my clothes the next day. Wearing this scent is an instant confidence booster, I feel like the classiest most expensive escort on their way to an A-list gala.

I LOVE ambery saffron so much, Ive been buying it for years as it smells just like the real thing so is perfect to take on trips or keep in the car. That being said, Ive always bought the smaller bottle but decided it was time to get more bank for my buck so went with the larger bottle. With the smaller bottles, the payoff is great. No alcohol smell, scent lasts for hours. This large bottle however not only is slightly a different color (odd), it smells entirely of rubbing alcohol. There is no scent. Not even minutes after applying to allow the alcohol to dissipate. Ive tried shaking the bottle thinking maybe the oils settled, Ive tried spraying from over a foot away to allow the alcohol to evaporate by the time it reaches me and, well nothing. Its just rubbing alcohol. For the price, its definitely not worth it which is a shame because it used to be so so amazing.

This perfume smells so elevated and makes me happy everytime I smell it. This is basically indistinguishable from the original. I will never buy the original as long as this is around because this is way longer lasting for a fraction of the cost. I love the sweetness this brings without being toothachingly sweet. The saffron is addicting as it gives just the right amount of spice. I can't stop smelling myself with this on. Dossier really outdid themselves with this one. Also, the fact that this is a non toxic fragrance gives me so much more peace of mind when wearing. I will never not have this perfume!

I was really nervous about trying a unisex perfume but honestly I really think its just a womans perfume. I can see where at guy could like it but I would definitely consider it more of a deep womans fragrance. Its floral but its more of a luster floral than a fruity floral. Absolutely fell in love. It just doesnt last that long on my skin but would definitely recommend and purchase again.
