I've been hearing about baccarat for the last few years and wanted to try it. But honestly the price tag is ridiculous even for a small bottle so when I saw that this company had a scent inspired by it I jumped on it. It's a very different smell I'm not a huge fan of somewhat masculine scents but it's still feminine and sweet I really enjoyed it.

I am so impressed with the Ambery Saffron fragrance. It is exactly like the Baccarat Rouge 540. I have gotten so many compliments too. The packaging that my fragrance arrived in was very nice also. The bottle was nested within a simple, yet elegant box. I am very pleased and will definitely continue to shop fragrance through Dossier.

I have not smelled Baccarat Rouge 540 which this is supposed to be a dupe of. However, I really enjoy this scent. When I first smelled it, I did not like it. I actually started to return it. So I tried it again the day after I received it. I had a completely different impression the next day. Whenever I wear this, I am constantly sniffing my wrists. this scent is sweet, dark, and seductive. It is a unisex fragrance, but I feel its a bit more feminine leaning. However, I think it would smell quite nice on a man as well.

This scent was nice, but it was nowhere near the original Baccarat Rouge. It faintly resembles the scent but you'd have to strain really hard to identify it. The Baccarat Rouge has a more round, heavy scent while this had one or two notes that the original doesn't have and this is a "light" scent. On top of that it doesn't last long on me. This is my 5th dossier purchase (purchased them as a bundle) and I noticed that while their scents smell nice, they don't last.

My wife ordered a few scents one being a mkf 540 impression . We both love 540 but hate the price . As far as accuracy is concerned you really can't tell the difference at all. We've had a few MKF samples being the extrait version of 540 so I have a good reference. The only difference between Dossier and MKF is longevity but obviously an extrait is going to out last and edt . Projects well but not for long and lasts about 6 hrs until it's no longer detectable on skin but it's not a deal breaker bc you can always fill a travel bottle and top off when it wears off. I'd love to see a Virgin Island Water on here , hopefully in the future. Side note her Lost Cherry impression is also spot on she smells delicious

Simply stunning. I've used the same perfume for the past 6 years and this has officially replaced it! I get so many compliments and so many people ask me what I'm wearing. I can spray it multiple times throughout the day and it doesn't smell overwhelming or offensive. I definitely carry it in my purse every day.And for the price tag, definitely worth it. This is my every day must-have. It's my holy grail!

Ok, so this smells amazing BUT I completely get it when people say they go nose blind to this fragrance. Maybe its a longevity issue or maybe its the ingredients that cause the issue. I mean, maybe other people can smell it but I have to say, I want to smell myself! A beautiful fragrance tho

This perfume is interesting .. it's not one that I would have chosen for myself. I was thinking the smell would be warmer more ambery. That it would smell like a mixture of warm spices. But it almost smells like a cool water type smell. Like a cologne. It smells good, but it's just not what I was expecting. I think it has more of a masculine cologne smell.

I have smelled the 540 and I don't think it's an exact dupe, and it deffo doesn't last *AS* long as Baccarat unfortunately. However for the pricepoint, it is a winner in my books! I also love to mix this with Dossier's Woody Sandalwood for more depth. YUM!

I am obsessed with this scent! There is almost no difference between this and BR540. I was genuinely shocked when I sprayed this for the first time because its so wildly close to its inspiration fragrance. Even when directly comparing the two side by side, there are only some slight differences, but nothing that the average person would notice. The longevity is great - I didnt have to reapply at all during my 10 hour shift at work, and I could still smell it by the time I got home without bringing my wrist to my nose. This is easily my favorite dossier scent thus far, and I will absolutely be purchasing another bottle once this one runs out.
