Definitely fit for special occasions. This fragrance reminds me a receiving a Soft Surroundings catalog in the mail in my early teen years. They had a very sophisticated fragrance and a sample came with every catalog you received. I just felt fancy when looking through it and because of the way they marketed their line and products, you were made to feel like a queen or heiress back in the early19th to 20th century. Very much a floral statement perfume with a sweet touch of gourmand to it. Caramel is in the background with the white flowers in front. What seals the maturity for me is always the strength of the almighty herbal patchouli. It has the power to deepen the aroma of any fragrance, bumping up the maturity levels a notch or so. With the Addition of roses, it is elegant indeed.

Great scent for everyday for us Flowerbomb lovers!While its like a softer (but not in a Eau de toilette where it disappears way; just not as punchy) Flowerbomb I like this as an everyday version and my Viktor and Rolf as special occasion!Its a great mix!

This is a pretty, feminine scent that is great for everyday wear, light and sophisticated. Perfect for the office as well as a dinner out with friends or a favorite someone! Very similar to Flowerbomb, I actually prefer this! Try this one, you wont be disappointed!!

This scent is smooth, powdery, and floral. It can give you old lady vibes, but I like it. It smells really good! I dont know which note in it gives it that smooth feel, but I really like it. Its easy to breathe in fragrance. It smells elegant and soft. That vanilla note is definitely there! My husband likes this more than I do lol.

It smells like a sophisticated and complex spicy floral. I typically like heavier scents for cooler weather ..but .this would work well any time. My only issue... wish it lasted longer... none of the scents I tried were long lasting...although this one and Alien lasted the longest ...

i had no idea what this was gonna smell like since ive never smelt the high end version, but this stuff smells SOOO GOOD! ive been looking for the perfect mix of floral and vanilla and this is it. the perfume brings out more of the vanilla side on me and its perfect!! my new signature scent for sure!

My best friend showed me this scent, I was hesitant at first because I dont like sweet or floral scents but was surprised how nice this smelled given the notes on the bottle. Its not too sweet or floral, its a nice balance and not overpowering at all. Its still out of my normal go-to scent profiles, but like to wear it for date night or when I want a more feminine scent.

The descriptions are very misleading and when I gave my favorite fragrance during the quiz it literally popped up with 5 different options making it very difficult to pick from. If Dossier is trying to give comparable quality for less then they need to narrow it down more specifically. ILiterally ordered 3 of the recommendations and nine of them were even close, so Ive processed an exchange to try 3 more but Im not hopeful and the worst part of it is how long it takes for them to process your order so I originally ordered my first set over a month ago, I didnt get my order for almost 3 weeks and now Im waiting for them to process the exchange and wait another 3 weeks to get my replacements. I heard so many good things about this company from friends but my experience so far makes me want to just buy the expensive stuff.

This perfume is a miss for me. It doesn't seem to last long at all and that's after layering it with similar scent profile body care and being heavy-handed. So unfortunately this is not a repurchase for me. However, don't let that stop you from trying other perfumes from Dossier because they really have some great gems and at their price point (especially with a discount code/points/catch and or a sale) it doesn't hurt to keep trying until you find your staple(s). As for how it compares to it's inspiration, I have only smell tested it in store and Viktor & Rolf seems to be a little more powdery but other than that it's a pretty similar formulation. Dossier has that nice, sweet, and feminine vibe about it.

Ok so, this was a blind buy, Im sure Im not the only one who totally feels amazing, when a blind but, turns out successful! It was one comment under this perfume that made me dive in head first. He said there was a women that worked with him, and he still thinks & remembers her and the sophisticated smell something like that lol. Anyways its so beautiful to me. May I mention that I do not get the flowery or honey smells like others. It last long too, I have no issues. Oh, my daughter did mention that I smelled like a sweet bowl of cereal lol. But, I would not have liked it if I thought it was too Much of a girly sweet Smell, plus shes 11 haha. I absolutely LOVE these notes together!
