If I can describe this scent with a few words it would be citrusy, dry, tangy. Not the scent for me, the smell that lingers is not of my liking, it gives me a slight impression of a hand sanitizer or air freshener scent, thats not what I like to smell like. If youre into more rich, chocolaty, sexy scents maybe choose another one.

I bought this kind of just expecting it to smell a little like Savage so I can not spend as much on the real thing all the time. WHEN I SAY I WAS FLOORED AT THE COMPARISON BELIEVE ME I still have half a bottle of Savage AND IT SMELLS EXACTLY LIKE IT 100% and the longevity is equal or dare I say a little better by an hour or so

Its good. The bottle it comes in is really nice. It has a magnetic cover that is oddly satisfying when I put the cover on and off. The scent is good, but it doesnt last nearly as long as the designer brands for obvious reasons. Its nice to keep in the car, I had to reapply 2-3x a day to maintain the quality from the designer brands so if you do the math it kinda of evens out at the end of the day. It Im glad I tried it, it allows me to experiment on scents so I be more confident about buying the designer brand.

I had received a sample of Sauvage and I fell in love but didn't want to buy a full size for my husband.... thank goodness for Dossier! Aromatic Star Anise is such a great dupe for Sauvage and it has a lovely warm, kinda spicy scent. My husband loves it and he's not even a cologne guy. Highly recommend!

First fragrance Ive tried from Dossier and this smells exactly like Sauvage! I own the Sauvage EDT so I did a test with my brother, I sprayed Dossier Star Anise and he sprayed Sauvage on his skin, none of my family members could tell the difference in scent, definitely would recommend and will be trying other scents

I can tell if a guy is wearing the Sauvage by Dior cologne from a mile away - its my absolute favorite. I got my boyfriend this dupe for Christmas and its AMAZING! Almost an exact replica of the original scent and I get the same warm fuzzy feels when I smell it. Cannot recommend enough omg

I don't know much about scents, and I'm definitely not familiar with the perfume that this product draws inspiration from, but this scent with dossier's Woody Sage honestly had me sniffing my own clothes throughout the day. If I caught a whiff of someone wearing this, I think I would combust. Just so you guys know.

I am a new customer and LOVING my new sents,in particular Citrus Ginger. i have already recommended you to three friends who have asked what fragrance I am wearing!!On my last order I tried Fruity Neroli but the spray bottle is not working property, its hard to push, and from what I have smelt I am not a massive fan.Is there anyway I could change it for Powderly Tabacco?Thanks for considering.Gavin

It smells good but its not identical. Its missing a note that I cant quite place my finger on. I got it for my boyfriend and he typically wears the originally and agrees that it smells great for the price but its missing something. It also doesnt last as long but I didnt get the extreme version either.

I was skeptical at first. I have smelt the original sauvage numerous times and I love it. I first sprayed them both on two separate pieces of paper. The dossier version is a bit peppery at first, but once you let them sit for a few seconds they smell identical. I think the dossier smells better IMO and it lasts longer! I asked my family which one they thought was the actual sauvage and they all guessed the dossier!
