I found this cologne online when searching for a cheaper alternative to the Dior Sauvage. I got this for my boyfriend and not only does it smell identical to Dior, but it is slightly less strong which I love. The smell is still strong don't get me wrong, but it is less overpowering. I will be buying many more fragrances.

My wife purchased the name brand Sauvage for last Christmas and used it up. Decided to try Dossiers since Ive purchased other cologne from them previously. And I gotta say this one hits right on the money! Even my wife asked if I had gotten me a new bottle of Sauvage! I said Nope, this is Dossiers clone of Sauvage! She couldnt believe how much it smells like the original!! Definitely ordering it again!

So an honest review. It isn't bad at all.. Its very similar to sauvage. I have one to compare it to. It has the same hint of spice to it. But lacks the subtle warmth of dior. And sadly once i sprayed it on i barely noticed it on me. Tho others could smell it on me. So i would say this is a good evening out cologne. Something for an hour tops. But not a good all day wear. Wont last long at all. But over all its good. And for the price cant complain. So i will keep it for now and maybe try one of the higher end dossier bottles.

This smells nice, however the star anise note is way way too strong and unfortunately ruins it for me. If they toned down the anise a few notches to make it not so BAM in your face, it would honestly be a great fragrance, just needs smoothed out somewhat. With that being said, it most resembles Dior Sauvage EDP with the anise note, rather than the EDT or the Parfum (both of which I happen to like much better than Sauvage EDP exactly because of that prominent anise note). So yeah, future buyers should know Aromatic Star Anise is modeled after Sauvage EDP and has a sharp anise note. Im sure Dossier makes some great scents though as I really want to get the Ambery Sage, Citrus Ginger, Spicy Vanilla, etc.

I was very excited to get my order to try out these affordable perfumes. They smell very similar to the name brands and I was impressed at first. After about 30 min the perfume wore off completely and I realized it doesnt last long at all. You get what you pay for sadly, and I am not sure I will buy again. Disappointed.

The reason this is titled Buyer Beware is because you will get so many compliments youll almost get tired of it. Inspired by Diors Sauvage, it is almost spot on to Diors version. My wife loves the smell and the price is a plus for both of us. Dossier keeps impressing. This will be another regular buy for me.

I am a female who sometimes dabbles in men's cologne because I love strong, masculine fragrances. I have a small sample of the Dior version of this that I have been in love with for years, so I jumped at the chance to try a dupe. This smells spot on, and sooo goood! You only need a few strategic squirts of this, and it lasts almost all day- did I mention it smells amazing?? It gives me sexy, rockstar vibes when I wear it, seems to be a total chick magnet (Men, take note lol), and I've also gotten a bunch of compliments from men. There's a slightly sweet note in this that's distinctly feminine, and I think that's why I'm so in love with it. 10/10 recommend, this goes on my Buy Again list.

There is a reason why this is so popular. I dont know which version of Sauvage inspired this, as there are so many flankers. This Aromatic Star Anise is very complex, pleasant and attractive. The opening is a bit aggressive, but the dry down is great and elicits unexpected compliments.Thanks for another hit!

I just got this as a gift for my boyfriend. It smells exactly like I want him to smell, very intense at first with the pepper, and fades into a nutmeg/lavender/amberwood smell on the skin. It lasted on him for probably 7 hours which is great!!! However it did not come with a sample bottle.

I have other Sauvage items like the body gel & lotion but just couldnt justify buying the actual scent. I found this one & to me its better than the original. And of course the questions of what are you wearing, you smell so good... Couldnt ask for more.
