It smells very pretty I just can't tell if it's the best on me. It is much more floral then I was expecting and I typically don't go for super floral smells. It's strong which I love and it does have interesting little twists and turns that make it very nice. I am in my early 20's and I just can't decide it it's too mature of a scent for me or if it's giving that "it girl" sexiness. On me I don't really get much coffee, it's not too sweet, it has a little spiciness but it's tasteful, very floral forward but melds into warmer notes of vanilla and amber.

Its definitely inspired by YSL Black Opium which happens to be a long time fav of mine! This fragrance is very sophisticated, very grown woman. IMO, its a great night/fall/winter scent. On me the sillage is good. I apply once and I can smell it all day.

This one wasnt one that screamed at me when I first sniffed it, so I put off trying it on. A few days later though, I figured Id give it a go. It might be my favorite from this order!! It is a sensual vanilla that has a faint hint of what I can only describe as tobacco (but is probably the coffee) & I absolutely love it. Very mature, deep scent.

It smells pretty similar to Black Opium. In stores I didn't love it enough to purchase, but was willing to buy a dupe of it. I wore it to a holiday party but did not receive any compliments. It smells somewhat similar to brown sugar (vanilla+coffee). The floral tones are subtle yet add depth to the fragrance. It does not seem to last very long at all. I do enjoy the scent when I'm going out with a friend at night, but i would not use this day to day. I wish it were stronger, sweeter, and lasted longer. I will likely be using my new Billie Eilish edp before i reach for Ambery Vanilla again.

I ran, well I zoomed on my knee scooter to the mail box to get this today! Ive been looking for a fragrance that suited my personality and that wouldnt break the bank for quite a while now. The search is over! This Ambery Vanilla scent is sweet, fun, and Im absolutely in love! 10/10 would recommend!

This reminds me of the body sprays I used to wear in high school (10y ago) although Im 100% sure its better lol. Truly smells like amber and vanilla. Its a lighter fragrance, warm, and slightly sweet. The notes listed arent highly resonating with me, but I guess the fragrance just comes together in a complex way. Its really nice and I highly recommend it if you find yourself drawn to a more standard amber fragrance.

I didn't get a vanilla scent at all. A lot of jasmine, it was a very floral which I didn't care for at all. It was very long lasting though. If I would have like the sent it would have been great. I had a hard time washing the sent off my body after I sprayed it on and didn't like it.

Dossier does! not! miss!!!!!!!!! This is the 7th scent i've gotten from dossier and oh my goooossshhh. how am i supposed to have a "signature scent" when all of them are this good? I love this one - similar to the ambery saffron but definitely a warmer vanilla scent. I don't like sticky sweet vanilla smells so this one is a perfect blend and doesn't make you smell like a cupcake lol. Love it so much - would recommend

So far, this is my favorite out of what Ive tried from Dossier! I have YSL Black Opium and Ambery Vanilla is an incredible impression of it.... smells pretty much indistinguishable, lasts long, and pairs well with many other scents. If you have Black Opium and would rather repurchase something more affordable, or youve simply been wanting to try it, I definitely recommend this!

If you ask me what I am wearing its 100% is going to be this . I wanted to try the original one so badly but didnt want to pay retail price for it, so I decided to smell it in stores then buy it here and mannnn when I say dupe I mean DUPE I get so many compliments for this and it lasts all day (at least for me, keep in mind that your body chemistry does play a major part when it comes to scents, so if something doesnt work/smell good on you but worked/smelled good on another person thats ok !!).
