I have repurchased the YSL Black Opium perfume many times so I am very familiar with the scent. I got sick of paying the ridiculous price so I decided to opt for the Dossier impression this time, which exceeded my standards! I will never pay full price for another designer perfume now that I have discovered this. I cannot stop talking about how great this perfume is

ive never smelled black opium, so i cant compare this scent to it at all, LOL. im also not a huge perfume nerd (apologies to the perfume nerds), so i cant distinguish specific notes, but this perfume smells SO nice. its such a comforting smell- i will say, when it first goes on the ambery/cedarwood notes are pretty strong. that being said, they arent horribly strong or nauseating (which is a win since i have migraines); just a bit intense. as it dries down, the vanilla comes out more and makes you smell like a warm hug. i usually gravitate towards either vanilla or more androgynous musky scents, so this was a bit out of my comfort zone, but i really like it! i definitely think ill buy this again after i run out. :)also- i like the amount that goes on with just one spray, and how long the scent itself seems to last.

I seriously love this one. My sister has a different dupe of YSL Black Opium thats more expensive and she said she liked this one better. Smells just like it and a really good everyday scent. I always get compliments on it. Also, dossier perfumes last a long time which I LOVE!!

Wow! You know how you feel when you walk in the room and you can smell mom's vanilla on the stove simmering in a pot with orange slices and cinnamon sticks! Well, you get all this is a bottle and more with the essence of so many other warm blends.I found myself spraying the fragrance in my diffuser, on pillows, and on some of the clothes in my closet. I just couldn't get enough. It's contagious and addictive.

I happened to have a sample of the YSL Black Opium before making my Dossier purchase & used it to compare to Ambery Vanilla. The difference is SO slight youd hardly notice unless you were looking for it like I was. I even brought both to my coworker for her to test and she was so impressed! The packaging is clearly not as ornate but that doesnt matter to me whatsoever. Lets be real: its plain. But Im not looking for decor on my makeup table - Im looking for a product that smells amazing and lasts throughout the day. Bravo, Dossier.

The perfect everyday vanilla. This scent is for the girls who grew up on warm vanilla sugar but now are a little older and wiser. I keep this in my car as you can never go wrong for any occasion. This is a pure warm and cozy vanilla, not too sweet but like vanilla bean. Also love this for layering and adding a little warmth to other fragrances as a classic vanilla goes with everything. One of my favorites!

This is a great dupe for black opium and Im glad I was able to stumble across it. However, Im not sure if the scent stays all day. I smell it for awhile then it disappears but Im not sure if I just got used to it or what. I would definitely buy again for the price though.

So far Ive got Floral Marshmallow, Floral Lavender and Ambery Vanilla and by far Ambery Vanilla is my absolute favorite!! It last longer on me then the other fragrances(everyone is different) and its just something about I love. If you love Amber then this is definitely the one.

I love this one! I put it on and I was walking around feeling good and my boyfriend and his brother said I smell like a grocery store?? They said it wasnt a bad scent but thats what it reminded them of. Soooo Im now a little iffy about this one, but I still think it smells amazing and I dont smell grocery store at all. Lasts a bit longer than the other ones I wore, probably an hour or so.

I have received numerous compliments on the Citrus Matcha fragrance. It was initially given to me as a thoughtful gift, and I enjoyed it immensely. As soon as the bottle was empty, I promptly created an account and placed an order for more fragrances. Additionally, I purchased the sample set to explore and discover additional scents that might appeal to my preferences. I hope I find a few more that I enjoy.
