I thought I would try this because my daughter wears Black Opium and always smells so good. Funny thing is, the color is not the amber color that your pictures show, but just an almost clear liquid as stated by Carmen in one of the reviews below. Can you explain why this is so?

I have bought Ambery Vanilla twice, and I will continue to be loyal to it! I get compliments every time I wear it, and everyone always thinks its YSL Black Opium. I immediately tell them it's from Dossier and send them to the site, my entire department is hooked on these dupes!

I've not tried the scent that this perfume is inspired by, but I am very happy with my purchase. I love that they list the olfactory notes so you can find your fragrance based on scents you know you like (for example Vanilla, Patchouli, Mandarin, etc.). I am pleased with how the fragrance dries down on me, and I am satisfied with how long the scent lingers. Some days I will pick up one of my shirts that had gotten perfume on it the day prior and I can still smell it gently wafting from the fabric. All-in-all I would recommend this perfume, especially considering its great price!

I have been thinking of joining for 6 months, than I met my sons girlfriend who uses these fragrances and WoW! She smelled amazing!!!, I felt no shame in asking her where she purchased her amazing oils! She said Dossier , I felt so crazy for not buying it sooner and ignoring all the text and emails. I went straight to my phone and bought 3 bottles!

I bought this merely as a layering suggestion from Dossier's experts, and it is absolutely my new favorite!! Men are loving it--afterall, the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, LOL!! I do wish it would last longer, and would be willing to pay a little more if y'all could make that happen.

Just received today. Instant try on. Lovely scent. However, my swoon was over the sample of Orchid & Sandalwood at Dusk sample that was included in my order! Holy Moly. THIS is the signature fragrance I've been looking for a long time. (Now to get a date. '0). ) Thank you, Dossier.

Unbelievably close to the real thing at a fraction of the price! I've been using my friend's bottle of black opium and became addicted to the smell, but that stuff is so expensive so I just decided to try out this dupe. soooo glad I got it because it smells almost exactly like it! I'm pretty sure if you sprayed the real thing and this one and asked me to pick which one is the fake, i wouldn't be able to. the packaging is also very cute and high quality, and the shipping is fast. dossier will definitely be my go-to fragrance supplier after this. absolutely amazing

It smells just like the original scent but only thing is that it doesnt last long and in order for it to last long you have to spray a good amount like 4-6 sprays, smells so good I love it i just hope in the future dossier can make it a little but more stronger so it can last the day

Loved this scent, its sweet without being sugary. A bit cozy and warm. The scent definitely settles to create your unique smell after 20-30 minutes so dont judge until you give a little time This scent paired with golden rum just smells like a sensuously & sexy woman

I want sure about this on first spray but omg, it definitely gives off rich single aunty vibes and I love it. I'm not rich or single but this perfume makes me feel like it. I've never smelled the original black opium but this is a fabulous scent and not irritating to the nose.
