Great meal that was recommended by a friend who is a nutritionist. Quick, healthy, easy meal that can be paired with anything. We use this on top of pasta at times and the taste is great. Will continue to buy this.

I find it very convenient and very good. It's like the perfect amount of food you're supposed to eat does it make you feel over eating or bloated at all

I eat high protein and low carb. I don't microwave. At all. I saw/purchased and I decided to experiment. I thawed the package contents on the counter. I used a small oven-safe open casserole (like the kind restaurants use for scallops or fish), coated it with olive oil spray and mixed the chicken, broccoli and sauce together in it. I added an ounce+ of shredded sharp cheddar and parmesan cheeses on top so that it lightly covered the chicken and broccoli. I preheated the toaster oven to 400 and put the casserole in the oven and baked for about 20-25 minutes until the cheeses were browning. I let it cool for about 8-10 minutes. I served it by putting the casserole on the dinner plate. It was very tasty and I will use this regularly when I heat my husband's lasagna that we get at the local prepared food market.

I enjoy eating this variety all the time it has 28 g of protein and 4 g of fiber.It is easy to microwave get nourishment when I am busy.It is made with natural chicken and US inspected.

This is literally just frozen broccoli, frozen chicken strips, and canned alfredo sauce thrown in a bowl together. It could be meal-prepped in ziplock bags with those three ingredients and probably taste better for a fraction of the cost.

I'm curious. What could I add to this bowl to make it taste good? As it is, it's utterly tasteless and watery. NO flavor. So disappointed. Never again.

Im on a cut and I've seen this and I thought it would taste bad cuz who likes vegetables but the sauce and chicken made it very flavorful and at 190 calories for 29 gram of protein is great macros for someone to get their proteins in

The size of the packaging is very misleading. The amount of food inside is a small. The taste is bland and watered down. Also the food tray to warm up the food is very wasteful. Soooo, much extra that is not needed.
