Great meal that was recommended by a friend who is a nutritionist. Quick, healthy, easy meal that can be paired with anything. We use this on top of pasta at times and the taste is great. Will continue to buy this.

I have been eating this product since it first came out and have noticed that the portion size keeps getting smaller. This time there was less broccoli and less Alfredo sauce. It had the great taste but not nearly as filling as previously.

A healthier tv dinner option. Great for when you need lunch at work but don't have time to prepare anything. It keeps you full, but doesn't leave you tired.

I'm curious. What could I add to this bowl to make it taste good? As it is, it's utterly tasteless and watery. NO flavor. So disappointed. Never again.

Mistakenly thought this had pasta in it until I got it home and read the ingredients. This is extremely bland and the Alfredo is a small amount of watery soup substance vs the typical Alfredo sauce taste. Not good!

This is literally just frozen broccoli, frozen chicken strips, and canned alfredo sauce thrown in a bowl together. It could be meal-prepped in ziplock bags with those three ingredients and probably taste better for a fraction of the cost.

These sounded so good but were unfortunately a bust. I don't even know that you can call it chicken. So rubbery and stringy, I couldn't even eat it and we ended up throwing all of them away.

Im on a cut and I've seen this and I thought it would taste bad cuz who likes vegetables but the sauce and chicken made it very flavorful and at 190 calories for 29 gram of protein is great macros for someone to get their proteins in

I enjoy eating this variety all the time it has 28 g of protein and 4 g of fiber.It is easy to microwave get nourishment when I am busy.It is made with natural chicken and US inspected.

Nicely portioned meal, filling too. Nice taste and I choose to add a little chili garlic sauce. Wish Sam's Club had additional Healthy Choice meals choices.
