I ate one dinner and literally gagged. My sister in law ate one a couple of nights later and awakened vomiting. I can only construe these thawed before delivery and I had put them in the freezer. We threw away 10 of these. I will be very cautious ordering frozen food from Sam's again.

I'm glad the reviews match my POV. I love this meal. So low cal and still delicious. I've seen reviews showing that the sauce and meal overall is very bland. However, I disagree. I think this meal is perfectly balanced and I genuinely enjoyed the flavor. For more spice or flavor the brand has plenty of other options. This is just a great simple yet appetizing meal.

This is a very healthy, low carb, high protein simple meal. The sauce is light on purpose! The macros are excellent for a frozen meal. Lots of chicken and broccoli. Very filling. I don't understand some of the bad reviews. If you want a heavier Alfredo sauce, don't order a meal that is marketed towards simplicity, with low calories and low carbs!

These are legit good and have the broccoli and chicken in a steamer tray above the sauce so the veg and meat are not soggy and you can control the amount of sauce but I end up eating all the sauce because it's good. I keep these in stock at work and home for a reliably filling meal. Low carb high protein and 26% daily value sodium

The Healthy Choice Grilled Chicken %26Broccoli Alfredo is a delicious, low carb and nutritious entree. It is is very difficult to find low carb selections in the grocery freezer section. I add a Members Mark Mesquite chicken breast and some parmesan cheese. Don't forget to take the chicken and broccoli out and pour it into the Alfedo sauce in the bottom of the outer bowl

Lots of chicken and broccoli in a tasteless, watery alfredo sauce. This has a lot of potential, however it was virtually tasteless %26 the sauce was watery at best (No, I do not have covid). It was slightly improved with the addition of salt and pepper. I will finish the pack I bought with the addition of the bottle of alfredo sauce I purchased - Once gone I will not order this again.

I really like this as a pretty quick light meal.. However, I like more alfredo sauce (as usual) so I always use some of my own that I keep on hand always.. The chicken is moist and the broccoli is perfect.. just not their alfredo sauce (my reason for 4 stars and not 5..

I NEVER post reviews but this product is so horrible I felt I had to warn others. The “sauce” is 99% water and there is no word to describe the “chicken”. The broccoli is fine. I ate two thinking the first was a fluke. Threw the rest away. What a waste of money!

I have been eating this product since it first came out and have noticed that the portion size keeps getting smaller. This time there was less broccoli and less Alfredo sauce. It had the great taste but not nearly as filling as previously.

These are really great and really good when you are on a diet and on a Glp-1 like Zepbound!! I’m really sad I haven’t been able to find them at Sams Club anymore. I really hope they come back.
